Literally doesn’t work.
Whenever I open to try and use it I try to “register “ and put my number in. However it ALWAYS refuses the number and gives me an error code. Guess it hates my phone number??? That’s as far as I ever get.

To log in you need to give your number so it can send a passcode via text. The text never comes.

Very difficult to actually get a ride
I’m currently trying to get a ride home using this app since there is no regular bus service today. I have spent the last hour or so trying to find a ride home, and the only option leaves at 4:56. It is currently 11:30 a.m. I also cannot call Lawrence Transit On Demand for assistance since it is outside their hours. I don’t expect it to come at an exact time like an Uber because I know that’s not what it is, but I think it would be reasonable to expect something within a couple of hours. The regular Lawrence buses can be difficult to rely on too, but it would not be practical for anybody who wants or needs to be somewhere in a relatively timely manner to use this app. It is especially difficult to get a ride if you are not around KU or downtown. This was a good idea, but it’s execution leaves so much to be desired.

Unreliable tbh- if you need a ride and are lucky enough to have any show up, the times are almost never accurate. Last night I booked a ride that said it would arrive in 10 minutes, and when I hit confirm, it changed to an hour and a half. When I did end up getting a ride to my dorm, the bus ended up taking me halfway across town for a wonderful 40 minute bus ride where the two people that got picked up after me got dropped off far before me. My destination was across campus
