Good exercises, you have to keep at it to get results, just like anything worth doing!
I’m limited in potions I can do and cannot go to the gym per doctor’s order. I was so relieved when I found this app!
So easy, only approximately 14 minutes a day. I’m seeing results after 2 weeks !
Fantastic program. Easy to follow and you feel fantastic afterwards ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love the workouts. There is a great choice of different workouts to choose from or you can have a designed one for you. I’m 73 with arthritis but find I’m able to do most of the exercises. I do sometimes have a bit of trouble with coordinating my arms and legs at the same time but do my best. And I’ve found some of my usual aches are not as bad now. So the exercises are helping with my mobility.

It’s a very helpful app the exercises I do are pretty easy for me to do and get a long with especially when I’m not that mobile at the moment
Been using the chair yoga program for 39 days-haven’t skipped a day since I started ? I love it. There are 3 levels-beginner, intermediate and experienced. I spent the 1st 28 days on beginner and am now on intermediate. I already feel my clothing is somewhat looser and have lost about 6 lbs. I feel like it’s almost no effort. You can change the levels at any time, can shorten or lengthen the workout times and the rest periods in between. There are a LOT of different program within this app. I don’t think someone could ever get bored. I am so happy. Wish I would have started this a year ago, but better late than never, right?!

I love these workouts as I can do them all at home on my own time
I think this is a good app, but there are a few things that need to be improved. Like the lady on the indoor walking doesn’t do the exercise exercises, correctly. There are way too many arm exercises. There should be more lower body and mid body exercises. I’m not saying, go away with your arm arm exercises. I think when you dedicate entire exercise session you to your arms is just not a good idea.

This is very difficult for me. I’m not coordinated enough. My harms and legs don’t want to move together. I may not be doing it gracefully and right, but I’m moving.
Wonderful and easy too use. Quick exercises that fit into my schedule
I think this is a great app for older people to start getting fitter. I’ve been doing the 28 day Taichi walking challenge and have really enjoyed it. I started off doing the chair exercises which were very good and now I’m doing the t’ai chi, which I’m sure I will continue doing. Even I can manage 10 minutes a day and it’s so nice to actually enjoy doing the exercises. I genuinely feel they are helping me to become more flexible. I highly recommend this app.

Doing pilates right after making my bed accomplishes two things: my bed is tidy, and my body and soul are invigorated!
This is an easy way to get into the exercise routine !
Not really enjoying this exercise program. I need something that will get me excited to do daily. This does not.
A good start back to stretching that targets areas you’re working on.
This app works so well for me. Not so energetic that I make excuses not to do it but enough for me to know that I have done something good for my arms and legs. Easy to follow and I’m enjoying getting ideas from the daily menu plans too.
This is a great app with lots of options. I’m 65 and when I started using this app I have exercised every day. Before that I hardly exercised because most apps were to strenuous.
I like the actual workouts in the app, but I don’t like that. It keeps wanting me to renew my one year subscription that is six months away from expiring. I canceled my subscription and will be deleting the app.
I took the 28 day challenge and was amazed. It really works. I lost weight. I let the good on my cruise. Thanks, LazyFit.
