App was great now it’s partially broken
Sometimes accepts transfers but most of the times says invalid ticket

whatever update the app recently did, messed up the app and now it will not open.
if i uninstall it and reinstall it its going to delete my bus pass like before!!!

Trip Planner Works Great, The SmartPay Does Not
This app exists so that people can use SmartPay. Whenever I go to buy bus passes, it does not include a spot for me to enter my bank card information. It just says "Use Bank Card" but I can't actually enter it in. So when I try to pay, nothing goes through because it isn't connected to anything.
