Times aren’t accurate anymore
Times are never accurate anymore when I try to plan my trip. It has times like 1 am and 2 am even though the buses aren’t running. Something went terribly wrong with the app and it’s not even effective as far as seeing where the bus is. I use to be able to plan my trip and make it on time to places. I only use it to get my ticket now. Idk what changed but it’s a terrible app now .

Almost useless
Doesn't give accurate times the bus I take is stuck at just 4:13 pm and it definitely has more stops than that. Only thing app is good for is getting tickets at this point. Please fix it it's been months 😭
Why can’t you just update the routes properly?
This app “used” to give you somewhat accurate information. Now, it tells me to walk 1.5 miles PAST the Queen Street station, and ride the bus for a block in the wrong direction. Then walk the rest of the way to my destination. Meanwhile, I can look in the paper guide and see that if I walk to the Queen Street Station (3 blocks from me) I can pick up a bus that drops me off at my destination’s front door. It tells me that busses are running at 2am which they don’t. This app is fully useless except for tickets.

Glitching
This app tells incorrect bus schedules and times! It doesn’t give you real time it says hours later bus schedules. I thought to delete it and redownload but no it doesn’t work it’s glitching in real time! Fix it! I have to use google maps!
Can’t find number of days remaining on 31 day pass. Previously was provided without difficulty.
Please advise.
