Standing outside more than necessary
It basically works but there are two MAJOR flaws.. They want you to use it like Uber and order on demand. But you’re left standing outside for at least a half hour or the app says no rides available. If you try to schedule in advance, you select the time and then it gives you a half hour window. The van usually doesn’t arrive until the end of the half hour window. You’re still stuck standing outside. The app is for the benefit of LCTA and not the riders.
