I have problem when it comes to reading written music. I think ChordIQ is helping me overcome the anxiety and I am beginning to understand the names of the lines and spaces of the stave. With more practice I think I will be able to get better at reading. Thank you team ChordIQ!

If I switch to the note name instead of the piano keys there’s no way to switch back. It’s a dead end.

Horrible app
It makes learning music stressful, and makes kids not want to practice. I do not recommend this app.

Sharp App
Picked up the bagpipes recently and wanted to shake the rust off my sight reading. I’d have given it a 5 but I’d like the option to remove sharps and flats. Not a huge deal but with the pipes, sharps and flats are not a thing.

As someone who is a novice in music theory, I found that this is the best app of its type. Subscription is optional, and very affordable. Thank you for making this great option of an app
Single Device Only
Whilst I really like this app I was very disappointed to discover that the license only covers one device. I have licensed it on my iPad but the license doesn’t transfer to my phone. Since I cannot use both at the same time this makes no sense.
Too many adds
Couldn’t use the app for more than 30 seconds without adds interrupting. Adds were long and made it impossible to use the apps. Couldn’t see a way of paying to remove the adds. Terrible
Not a learning app
I got a lifetime subscription to this app thinking it would actually teach me how to read music and understand scales while giving me practice time to review them and view all the scales and such but this app is honestly just one big game to guess the notes without really learning. I thought it would be educational and have courses to learn things but those cost a lot more and are extra. I mean, if you already have some rudimentary skills at sight reading and such, this would help but for the basic novice like me, it just frustrates you. In addition, in the games, the next note comes so fast, you don’t really have time to process what it is and there’s no option to replay the sound in order to guess correctly. Please fix that at least.

Crashes on open
Hi guys the app crashes on open unfortunately. Just wanted to let you know.
Ukulele features are broken.
Ukulele players shouldn’t bother with this. The uke versions of everything are broken. The chord guessing game flat out doesn’t work. When you choose a correct answer, it marks you as wrong. Other games show a six string fingerboard, despite ukulele four string being chosen in the prefs. I guess the author gave up on this app at some point and never completed it. It is worth it’s cost, which is zero. Too bad.

I've been using this app every day and am seeing a drastic improvement to my sight reading skills. This app is an excellent supplement to your daily practice routine. I especially enjoy competing with others for the most correct notes in a row. Keep up the good work!
