Purchases must be actively authorized through the respective payment process. Since you state that no tonestro subscription appears anywhere in your account, we especially want to verify whether the transaction you’re referring to can actually be linked to a tonestro purchase. Please contact us at support@tonestro.com with your User ID and a screenshot or details of the transaction in question. Our team can then check the order and subscription status and help clarify what happened. We also want to investigate your statement that you received no response from our support team. Please mention your previous request when contacting us so we can locate it. We want to make sure this case is fully clarified.

Hi CICADA 1, Thanks for your detailed feedback 😊 Reliable note recognition is of course very important for tonestro. For the best possible detection, we recommend playing in a quiet environment and using headphones when accompaniment is enabled. Otherwise, the microphone may also pick up notes from the accompaniment and interpret them as part of your playing. For faster or densely notated pieces, you can use two fingers directly on the display to significantly zoom in on the sheet music. We also recommend practicing more challenging songs at a slower tempo first and gradually increasing the speed. 🎷 If correct notes are still regularly detected incorrectly, please contact us at support@tonestro.com with your User ID, device information, and an example of the affected song.
