The app is useless! It doesn’t even let you save any details! The app is so outdated, I don’t get why they can’t fix this! From looking at the previous reviews, the app has been like this for over 4 years. I’m lucky that I got my tag at a cheaper rate or I would be fuming as I know that some people paid £50 for theirs 😡 I’m shocked at antler, I really am

Don’t bother...

App is extremely flakey and wouldn’t even let me get past the stage of registering my Leash It device.

I tried it on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad Mini 4 with the same result, so at least I can say it’s consistent.

Nothing works

Bought 2 of the buttons for a holiday, I have tried both and found that although that app recognised them, beyond that it is a total waste of time. Details don’t save, you can’t get help, it’s a horrible app really and utterly useless. I’m surprised Antler have put their name to it. My two buttons will be going back to Antler, and the app deleted. Rubbish!
