DONT BUY THE TAG
The app is useless! It doesn’t even let you save any details! The app is so outdated, I don’t get why they can’t fix this! From looking at the previous reviews, the app has been like this for over 4 years. I’m lucky that I got my tag at a cheaper rate or I would be fuming as I know that some people paid £50 for theirs 😡 I’m shocked at antler, I really am

Don’t bother...
App is extremely flakey and wouldn’t even let me get past the stage of registering my Leash It device.
I tried it on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad Mini 4 with the same result, so at least I can say it’s consistent.

Simply didn’t work on the app. Useless device.
Nothing works
Bought 2 of the buttons for a holiday, I have tried both and found that although that app recognised them, beyond that it is a total waste of time. Details don’t save, you can’t get help, it’s a horrible app really and utterly useless. I’m surprised Antler have put their name to it. My two buttons will be going back to Antler, and the app deleted. Rubbish!

As the previous review says you are unable to save any profiles. I bought two of these but they are useless, I will be asking for an immediate refund. Do not buy one

I don’t know who made the application but it doesn’t work properly, tried several time and it’s impossible to set with the iPhone.

Complete waste of money, doesn’t save information , doesn’t alert you when baggage arrives anywhere as claimed. Tells you where you are (like you don’t know). Complete waste of time and money don’t buy this rubbish. If we could give it zero stars we would, we thought as antler were selling it must have been a quality product boy were we wrong. Not amused !

App does not work on iPhone X. Will work on my old phone but that’s not much use to me.
App needs some serious work.
Finds my leash-it (thought a hyphen was needed there) about 10 meters from where it actually is.
Seems like a good idea but just not there yet... when will there be an update to the current iOS?
I will try to return Leash if there is no action real soon.

Still on trial - update.
The App's instructions are poor and non-extensive and need an upgrade. However, the help desk was very good, so if in doubt, email or ring them. I have still to trial them on trip.
I trialled 4 of these for six weeks, hoping they would work. At no time did any of the 4 work. In fact, they appeared dead by the time I reached Sydney en route to Europe, despite new batteries being installed on the day I left. Worked at home, dead three hours later. Useless. Not recommended.

Totally agree with the other review.
Don’t buy this as its a total waste of your time (it won’t save the information you enter) and of course your money.
The app upgrades should have fixed this issue but it seems like they want to say it can do all sorts but in truth you can’t even get past set up.
Look else where for trackers.

App doesn’t work
Great idea, app recognises device but won’t save anything. I’m really surprised at Antler for putting their name on something that doesn’t work at a basic level. If you had one as a present like I did, return it quickly for a full refund. This does not do what it says on the box.

I am giving it 1 star because I was able to get out of the box ...
After that it was all down hill....
I pressed the power button (as instructed) for “green light blink” and pressed again and pressed again and held and held and pressed again and held and by the 5th attempt of trying to switch it on I gave up.
Unlike others I got it for free I have not lost anything.

What a poor app which is not working at all. I bought 2 pcs😩.
Leash it App is utter crap
Don’t waste any money on the luggage leash or the App, they are a waste of time and effort. The app recognised the device. You try to save and it does nothing. That’s an hour if my life I won’t get back. Money back next week
Doesn't even work
£30 for a leash to go with an app that doesn't even work, very poorly made and when doing the final stages of connecting to the leash it doesn't even work.
Glitchy, does not save, does not work!
I saved my Leash It information to the app before loading my luggage onto the plane. When I landed and took my phone off airplane mode, there was no sign of the item, nor the information - the information had been cleared from the app. Further, the app was unable to locate my luggage because the device info had been cleared. I am disappointed I wasted $50 on this rubbish device and glitchy app.
