Wish lists not working properly
Wish lists don’t work properly. I can add to lists at the bottom as it auto scrolls up when I go down. It will only show the first few wish lists. I can change the favourite to another list that’s at the bottom of my wish lists.

Hmm..it seems to work on our end. Have you tried to close the app, restart your device, close all other apps in the background and open the app to try adding to your wishlist again? We're happy to take a closer look together at LEGO.build/Service. 🙂 - Henny, LEGO® Customer Service

The instructions for redeeming points is not clear. I hope I haven’t lost them in the unsuccessful effort to use them.

Easy and Fun way to shop
I love using my LEGO® Insiders app to shop for all of my favorite Legos and use my rewards. It is quick and easy and a great way to look around at my favorites.
Technical issues
I could not apply my insiders points to my first app purchase. This was frustrating.

Market is not supported
I was so excited to download the app finally it’s there !! But unfortunately it shows this “Oops! Your LEGO® Account Market Isn't Supported
It looks like your LEGO® Account is registered in a market where shopping isn't available.
Unfortunately, this means you can't access the app at this time” I don’t know why ?! So disappointing,, hope you could fix this problem soon!

Difficult
It’s hard to find the QR scanner to add loyalty points to your account. Also if you add items to your collection it would be good if it showed the numbers and you had a more detailed way of finding items you already have. We have a huge collection and it’s difficult to see if we already have older sets.

Age
Hi Lego I would like to say about how old you have to be in order to use points. You have to be 18+ in order to use points but the app says 4+ on age rating and in real life if I were to get a Lego set I would be able to and I assume much others who want to use this app can aswell but they can’t use the points cause they’re not old enough so please change the age requirement to use points and change it to at least 13 or 14

Won’t allow me to create an account because it said some letters of my name the system can’t handle 🙄

Can’t use points
Can’t use points at all I do it all right but when I go to put the amount of points I want to use the keyboard never goes away and I can’t complete transaction

Lego is hands down the best legends
Horrible app
It’s like jumping through hoops to try to get in and out of it and the billing section is stupid too. Back and forth, secret words, just make it simple!
Lego is the goat.
Don’t need secondary stores get from the source broke scrubs.
Great concept, can be refined
I’m a long time fan and buyer of Lego products. I was excited to learn about an app for convenience. I am criticizing this app out of love.
Two areas of improvement:
1. Ensure notifications trigger properly for restocked items
2. Allow users when looking at a specific set to click the “theme icon” and go to the page to see sets underneath that theme
3. Allow users to favorite certain themes or customization of notifications to learn when a theme drops more sets

Toy Story
Love the wide variety of selections of Toy Story. My 5 year old grandson loves to build Lego.
Has issues
I have a few different wishlists but won’t let me scroll through them and when I try to change a set from a wish list to a different one it doesn’t save other than that works alright
