Ugh. This app won’t recognize me
No matter what I do this app will not let me sign in and actually use it. I’ve changed password. I started a whole new account and still nothing.

I was unable to select a time on the pull down menu in the request virtual meeting.

A frustrating application
Face ID is not available so the minute you leave the app you are required to log back. It’s impossible to access current warranty requests, and the page to submit a new warranty hasn’t been working for days. It’s an extremely basic and poorly made app.
Does not work
This app does not work unable to properly open it and unable to easily submit request or use all of its functions (which I can see because of other reviews)

Easy Claims and Cool Features
One of my favorite parts of buying with Lennar! Submitting warranty claims is super easy, and I get very fast responses when I use the chat. They also have checklists and articles in the app that have been so helpful with keeping up on maintenance. 10/10 recommend!

This app is amazing! Helps me keep tabs on my service requests and I can easily message my customer service representatives! This app is so convenient and has helpful resources that I use to make sure my home is maintained and serviced!

Register and log in. You can get your warranty items added in quickly. Self explanatory.
Broken
Logging in is a pain. You have to close the app every single time, then log in with your email/password, then use faceID. If you don’t close the app, the login process will just get hung up on something and never log in.
