I was able to pay my first mortgage payment and connect my bank account. I wasn’t able to set up auto pay, I wasn’t able to find out information on how to make additional payments against principal, I wasn’t able to find a way to contact anyone to help.

Customer service representative previously told me I could make payments w/cc at no charge. There is No option for Credit card.

User Friedliness
This app is really difficult to use. It doesn’t allow you increase the amount you want to pay. I have to turn off my phone multiple times to move from one step to the other.
