Cannot log in thru any means. Cannot correct a wrong phone number nor email address. Support form on this companies website wont accept my order number and then says Sorry we were unable to process your request at this time. And of $100 order last night, 2 of 4 burgers were notably undercooked. How can i get some online support??

I love LEY restaurants but I wish the app was better. It’s always crashing on me. Tried to order dinner tonight and it froze. Then said internal server error.

DoorDash (delivery) plugin needs improvement.
The app for ordering needs work. Constantly crashing. Multiple windows if you make a mistake no way to go back, have to start order all way from beginning. Payment screen slow loading and accidentally accepts orders. Need a popup to confirm orders. Many times wanted to pay with gift card but order just defaults and pays with credit card. Contacting support is a joke, they are only able to the cancel order and then offer a partial refund. Door Dash is making lettuce app bad and frustrating to use, please fix the plugin.

Honestly hard for me to understand how a company that puts so much pride in the details of their restaurants could have signed up for this application. It is not intuitive, easy to use or customer focused in the way that a longtime Lettuce Entertain You customer expects. Radio menus do not work. Uploads are slow. The websites works better. For frequent diner points you are stuck!

I’ve been locked out of this app for 6 months. I’ve tried multiple times to email customer service with no response. It’s attached to both my email and phone number but won’t let me reset the password or sign up for a new account because it states the phone or email are already in use

Why do I have to create an account to look up restaurants to use a gift card? Why is an old account inactive and require me to reach out? Just reactivate it or delete after a period of time. An app should improve the experience, not distract from it.
