I just need to chat…
Since this app is really the only way to get in touch with people at Level 2, it would seem to me a working app would be priority but the app crashes every time I try and chat. I can do everything else but chat and that’s the most important part.
It never works
Every time I try to use the chat it stops working and crashes. That’s literally the only feature I use and it doesn’t work.

When I go into the app I get a message to update the app, so I click on the link to update app but no update is available. It keeps me in this loop, as the user noted in that posting in March deleting the app and reinstalling does not work so the app is currently useless.

Again and again. When I try to open the app it asks me to update and when the app never opens. I see i am not the only one having that problem. It is important to have continuity.

Past few updates it says to go to the App Store to update the app yet when you do there is no update. So the workaround is to uninstall then reinstall.

I’m having the same issue as others. App says to update, I click update it takes me to the App Store, I click on app again and I am taken yo the same update app message.
Frustrated
Didn’t have any issues until now I update app and now when I try to log in it says I need to update. I have to jump through hoops to order and chat. I was loving the app until now so frustrating.
Updating the app
For the past 2 weeks when I go into the app it says to update so I click update and…..nothing…there is nothing to update. I removed the app then reinstalled and still didn’t work so I removed it for a few days and went back in and it worked. Then it just happened again. I went out of the app and back in and it worked. Now I don’t know if or when or why it keeps saying update app and there is nothing to update. When I first downloaded I didn’t have any issues.

App with a loop
The app was great at first. But now when I open the app I get a screen that says the app must be updated. The link then goes to the App Store and doesn’t show anything to update with- only the “open” - which goes straight back to the notice of update. How can I break this loop?
