Don’t get this app
I got this app because I wanted to try one of thoses electric scooter you see around and I put my bank card in the app and it took most of the money from my account and wouldn’t let me remove my card, I never even got to use the thing it just said error when I scanned it -10/10 don’t get they are scammers

Yeah love this app, use scooters to get to the premade toast factory for work, but need the app to stop crashing to get to work

Immediate fail
When I tried to put in my phone number, the dial pad covered up the button to continue the sign-up dialogue. Such bad app design that I can’t even get past the first page.

Misleading
We returned to the same place we started and because it was a “designated parking area” it wouldn’t let us end the ride. Went over 30 min for each scooter (we used 3). Emailed support about it and still have not gotten the issue resolved. It keeps on trying to charge my card $37 and my husband $15. Plus it charged us each $5 to open the account. It’s ridiculous.

DO NOT USE
I used the scooters to get around and it works well but after I was done using all of a sudden I get a notification saying I was charged $17.50. I made sure I didn’t accidentally keep the ride but I didn’t. I took pictures showing where I left and when. They are greedy!!! Do not use!!
Yes, It’s A Scam
Really bad experience with these people. Don’t try to get in touch with them….no one is home. After I rented, I called my credit card and they put a hold on them so no more charges would be accepted.
