Doesn’t Work Anymore
Worked 3 years ago but moved to a new house and it just doesn’t recognize the printer anymore. Ridiculous that we have to plug our computer into it like it’s 1998 again because Lexmark can’t develop software.
Just doesn’t work
Terrible instructions. I managed to follow them carefully - including the instructions from the Lexmark website for configuring WiFi on my printer - and it simply fails. “Cannot connect” to a very good, strong WiFi system that the printer found instantly and my phone is already connected to. Also tried manually configuring the printer (tedious). Same failure. No useful error message, just failure. Useless app, useless printer.

This app does not work
Connecting to printer, nothing happens. Just get a spinning circle. I gave it 10 minutes and then just used the console and added the wireless. This app is a waste of time and effort.

Why bother to build an app that does not work? So is their Mobile Print app...
Horrible
Still not sure what this app is supposed to do. Every time I open it, all it tells me to do is “connect to printer.” Then it sends me to WiFi settings but there is nothing there to click on anything about printers. My printer and phone are connected to Wifi and I can print from my phone but not through this app. It sends to the website for video help but I can’t any videos. All I’m trying to do is find a way to view my ink levels. 🤬

Thank you for your feedback. This application is only needed to configure the wireless settings in your printer. You can print either by using AirPrint or our Lexmark Mobile Print application. Thank you.
Mobile app / WiFi error
I cannot connect the printer to WiFi through the app on any device. It gives me an error but no code.
Nothing, nope, nada.
Why require Location services? Well, it still doesn’t work anyway. Will NOT connect to iPad Pro.
Setup on the printer screen was pretty easy.

Why make an app and publish in App Store when it clearly doesn’t work (see reviews). Lexmark should be embarrassed!!!
Does not connect to printer
This app doesn’t work at all, and should not need to request your precise location. This probably violates App Store policies.

Spent 2 hours to try to setup my printer. Never worked. Worst app ever. No error messages. No info.
Requires location and does not work
App requires location to proceed to wifi connection for adding the printer. Even after the wifi connection is established the app states it is not connected. Seems like this app’s sole purpose is to collect your location.
Terrible App
Doesn’t work. Disconnects immediately after connecting via wifi. Makes my brand new printer nothing more than a large paperweight. Wish I did more research on a printer that could actually handle printing wirelessly.

This app is beyond horrible. So regret a buying Lexmark product. Fails to properly connect to wifi. Fails on many levels. Do not but Lexmark products.

Fails to authenticate. Tried with multiple devices. Good thing I had an extra usb cord or I wouldn’t be able to print.
