This app is so poorly set up. I bought my tickets online, have to use a code to download the app to obtain the tickets and now the code won’t work and it keeps telling me the order for the tickets is present but the e-tickets are not available for scanning!!! This is so frustrating. I reached out to customer service by phone and email and no response

App waste of time but company legitimate

I don’t understand the point of this app. I buy my tickets online and have to download the app to get access to them…. And then I cant even save my tickets to my Apple Wallet. This app is useless. Just make it so that I can access my ticket through online, an email or add it directly to my Apple wallet after purchase. The app is pointless and unnecessary.
