Awful awful service, the buses constantly drive past without picking you up and the lies of it being every “10-15 minutes” is total bs. You wait 30+ minutes for a bus just for them to tell you its full when there are visible empty seats. DO NOT USE OR PAY FOR THIS SERVICE IN NEW YORK.

Don’t not go on this bus they are completely scammers they walk around New York and ask people if they want to go on the bus and then when you do they give you a expensive amount then they say let me try to give you a discount and then say it is 75$ And do not go on this bus because they say they work 24 hours everyday but they didn’t say they worked on suday PLS DO NOT GO ON THIS BUS IF THEY ASK YOU IGNORE THEM!

Scams
There are so many people on NYC that tried to convince us but we gave up and we had to pay 400 dollars. When we got on the bus it was normal when we got off we walked around when it was night we waited at one of the bus stations and we waited there for 20 minutes BTW we only bought the red ways for the bus so we called one of the people and they said it does not work night time today HOLY SCAMMERS.

Disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with TopView Bus Service. They misled us by saying the ticket included both the bus tour and the ferry, but when we arrived, we found out that wasn’t true. It felt like false advertising.
To make matters worse, their pricing was completely inconsistent. Some people were charged around $35 for what appeared to be the same ticket, while others were charged as much as $100. There was no clear explanation for the huge price difference, which made the whole experience feel unfair and dishonest.
I would not recommend this company. Be sure to ask for a detailed breakdown of exactly what is included and compare prices before purchasing a ticket.please be aware
