Scams
There are so many people on NYC that tried to convince us but we gave up and we had to pay 400 dollars. When we got on the bus it was normal when we got off we walked around when it was night we waited at one of the bus stations and we waited there for 20 minutes BTW we only bought the red ways for the bus so we called one of the people and they said it does not work night time today HOLY SCAMMERS.

Nice Experience
We were so scared after paying because of some reviews here. We thought we got scammed, but it turned out fine. It’s much cheaper to book online.
For tickets
All the reviews saying it’s a scam are wrong me and my mom had a wonderful time this evening and we used to app to scan our tickets the busses came every 10-20 minutes which isn’t too bad and beats walking or the subway w homeless people it took us to soho and all the other destinations 😊
Terrible
Everything we were told was a lie. Years ago we had a great experience and now the app didn’t work and the staff were angry. Why are they mad at me, I’m the one paying for the tour. We will never ride this tour again.
Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing
TLDR: no refunds, no working customer service line, waste of time, waste of money, SCAM
Went to time square with my family to do the night tour. I already found it weird that I couldn’t even book a time for the night I actually wanted to go on the tour, but I digress. The “salesman” had me book it for the next day. I had to wait until there were 24 hours or less before the ticket QR codes would load. …yikes…
The tickets finally load, we get in line and there’s already like a bajillion people in the line. Not a bus in sight. We sit there for over an hour, a bus pulls up, but nobody boards, we just see employees walking up and down the top aisle of the bus. More time passes, STILL NO OTHER BUSES. People start getting impatient, and start asking for refunds, which they refuse. Seeing people become more adamant about refunds, a “salesperson” says she’ll take those who complained to a bus station where there were more buses. We walk practically 15 minutes around Time Square to another bus stop, WITH JUST AS MANY PEOPLE AS THE OTHER ONE WE HAD LEFT, IF NOT MORE. (While walking, I clicked through the app, attempted to call the customer service number, which picked up the call, but nobody ever came to the line.) At this point, I just want my money back, just like other people. The lady who escorted us is still refusing to refund everyone and tries to divert the attention by showing us how to change the reservation time. It shuts a few people up, but not me. I still demand a refund, to which she very rudely dismisses me by saying “I’m talking to my people.” And turns her back to me. I politely tell her that was incredibly rude.
We eventually leave the line, TOTALLY dissatisfied. We reach the guy who sold us the tickets, gave him the run down, he pretends to be so flabbergasted, is “on the phone with customer service” and pretends to help us… by sending us back to the initial line. I request to speak to customer service, which he points me to a building but I’m so over it.
When we leave, I attempt to modify the time of our tickets, no times pull up. My tickets expired within mere hours.

Never again! Very disappointed!
We were told 1 1/2 hr to 2 hours for downtown trip . More like double that time! Had tickets to a show in 3 hours. They sat for a long time. We would go a couple blocks and then sit for 10-15 minutes. When we asked why , we were told there were too many buses out so they had to sit still and hold back for awhile. The pre recorded tour was at best terrible. Such a waste of money and time!!

Great Adventure
It was a beautiful boat ride to say the least. The boat had ride had breathtaking views. And, the double decker bus ride back to times square was the cherry on top. It was definitely the best bang that my family purchased while in nyc.
Dishonest and scammers alert!!!
All of them are scammers and dishonest. The scam you by overcharging you and providing poor service. There is no actual tour guide, only recorded audio which is not synchronized with driving of bus driver. The short heighten black dude with braided hair is racist and was throwing racist slurs at people.

Scammers
They route they advertise and the actual route they take is way different. This bus take you through the most boating routes of NYC except for like 30% of time when this travels through neighborhoods worth visiting as tourist.
DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR
They cram you into a bus where you don’t get to pick the seats which are already picked over. It has no A/C. Not worth $89. Not even worth $5. Our previous bus driver got into a wreck and hit a building before we even got on the bus. Waited 45 minutes before a bus actually came. The app isn’t the problem, these tours are. Just don’t waste your money.

Scammers. Liars. A disgrace to NYC tourism!
Avoid this “tour” company at all costs. We bought 3 tickets for their night bus tour after being lied to by their sleazy sidewalk salesperson, who swore the next bus was just 5 minutes away. We made it very clear we were with a young child and couldn’t wait long — he nodded, took our money, and pointed us to the line.
Then reality hit: the person checking tickets told us the actual wait was over an HOUR. When I said we were misled and asked for a refund, they shrugged and said “the salespeople don’t know anything” — as if that’s an excuse. They refused to refund us and told us to call customer service, which is just a phony phone number that loops hold music forever and never connects to a human.
This company is a straight-up tourist trap. They lie to get your money, refuse to refund you, and vanish when you ask for help. If this isn’t a scam, I don’t know what is.
They’re rude, unprofessional, and running a con in the middle of Times Square. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
I will be reporting them everywhere: Google, Yelp, BBB, NYC consumer affairs, you name it. And I’ll tell everyone I know who visits New York to avoid them like the plague.
If you value your time, money, or basic human decency — don’t go near this garbage company.

Not Honest People
The sales people who write in aren’t really upfront about everything. We were quoted $39 per person, but when we check the cost of it all, it ended up being $59 per person. We went to the same sales rep who helped us, and claimed it was a “tax”. A 33% tax? What a crazy number, but ignore that fact, because if he did say that was the tax BEFORE we bought the ticket, it would have been fair; however, he never said that. I’m pretty sure it isn’t truly a tax at all, which is why.

gotta be the worst app i've ever laid my finger on it's so buggy and you can never see where you are and the announcer on the headphones rarely ever say the stop number that you are at so you are left clueless on when to get off.
Tour of Bus Stops
Take this tour if you want to spend most of your time touring the bus stops. The tour takes 4+ hours because the bus sits for 20-30 minutes at every stop.
Do not take this tour.
Do not take this tour.
It’s a total robbery
We were 3 of us and bought passes for 2 days. It allowed us to use it only two times because they have very limitated schedules
Really awful service
We stay now at the waiting for the bus for literally three hours without a bus. This is unacceptable. We spent a whole entire day waiting for, the bus never arrived, they said he would pass every 15 minutes, but it never happened
