Always Problems
Half the time I open this app there's a problem connecting my bank account (which I'm already very hesitant to do), having the rest my password even though I use a password app so I know I'm not putting it in wrong, and never receding verification codes. Thing is BROKE.

I absolutely love the liberty wallet. It’s easy to use, easy to access, no additional fee when you pay by bank. Everyone in store is always super helpful with the app as well. Absolutely never change!

Latest update broke the app
App has always been a little quirky but could be used. The latest update broke the app and now you can’t even login. I reset my password 3 times but every time it loads CAPTCHA and then shuts down
Never passed the login
I’ve had this app for almost a year and I am still unable to use it. It never logs me in! I put in my info and it will look like it’s about to work but it just refreshes the login screen. After I reset and changed my password for the 3rd time, I stopped caring.
App won’t work
My app won’t let me login at all. Can’t use my money in the app and I am unable to get what I need now.
App will not accept password
Dispensary is the best but app always requires new password then it doesn’t accept.
Restricted via location
You have to be in state lines to use the app, why even have the app at all.

I have been using this app for years now and they finally did an update. It looks great and seems to be working a lot better!
Horrible
The connection for this app is horrible and takes forever. No matter how good the data or internet connection is, this app is really slow and problematic especially when trying to add funds or pay. Totally not worth using.

This app is absolutely magnificent, from the building up of credits to the monthly perk & also linking your bank account to purchase credits instead of getting beat up by fees at the atm , just the best possible app you can have for a place like this 😘

The app is terrible. It fails to connect to my account almost every single time I use it. I have to provide a 4-5 + verification codes through text messages while attempting to connecting to my account and it usually fails several times. I

Broken Location Tracking
I’m standing in the store and the app is telling me to go to a different state because they don’t provide service here.
