I hate this app so much I could scream
Have to drag my phone EVERYWHERE or the alarm starts going off and you can’t make it SHUT UP as you can with the stand alone device! Now I’m stuck with this utter trash app for 2 whole weeks or else replace an expensive sensor! I’d give this app negative stars if I could!!!

EVERY action has a delay!
I wish I could go back to the older app. The new app is way, way too slow. EVERY action has a delay that has me thinking “has the app locked up?” Does the app actually run on the phone or is the delay due to the processing happening on some remotely located server?

Every third one of the sensors reads too low and/or won’t stay connected
Reading Differences
I just started using Libre 3 so I’m still doing a fingerstick for comparison. The Libre 3 readings are consistently lower than the fingersticks. I also get a lot of low readings during the night.
Not accurate
Be sure to use finger stick as mine has been off as much as 60

Wasted 2 sensors went through 3 apps, had to call the company who said for me to just get a reader!! Isnt that the point of not having a standard testing. Then for insurance not to cover what you wasted. Dr then had to write for a new one. App will continuously say its not connected to blu tooth when its all on. Everything plus is on and in green. Problem is i have iphone 16 plus and anyone with an iphone is ahead of you all. THE PROBLEM IS YOU ALL WONT UPDATE YOUR APP! It clearly says you are behind in updates. Wanna fix it and stop advertising something that can work the way you do advertise it?

Stopped working with my iPhone
Yesterday with 5 days left on my sensor it quit on me. Errors after error for hours. This morning I put another sensor on 5 minutes into setup it quit. I called Abbott and was told that the new update is incompatible. Why was there no warning about this. I wasted 3 sensors figuring this out. That’s a month and a 1/2 of sensors I can’t get back. My iOS is the only one that doesn’t work with the sensors.

Totally awesome software, I can easily manage my sugar levels, plus I am losing weight!!
I hate this meter. I feel it could be dangerous.
Ever since the update to the Libre 3+ I have been having problems so much so that it feels worthless to wear one. My unit always says it's having connection problems and doesn't alert me of low glucose events. I'm waiting for an appointment with my endocrinologist so I can ask to switch to another brand.

This is a great product. The continuous monitoring is awesome, you don’t even have to scan the monitoring device. Just open the app and the reading is instant.
Needs some work
It needs to allow logging after the sensor expires. I often go a few days without a sensor to let my arms have a break.
iPhone 17e not supported?
It’s too bad I had to find out that my new phone is not supported on this app. Guess I’ll have to find a better solution. This is bad.
Battery drain
Recently started consuming excessive amounts of battery. Worked fine for months previously.
Sluggish screen
Very sluggish screen! When you need to select an option, it takes forever or multiple taps to get the action you want! Very poorly designed and extremely annoying!
Abbot Bads
I constantly have trouble with the sensor, losing connection and giving extremely delayed readings unfortunately, due to the cost of other sensors, I have to keep using this one, but I really wish you could improve the way that your sensor works. Other sensors that I have used are much more accurate and work much better.
