First Time User

Uh, scary results. Very responsive. I need some change in diet and eating habits.

Loses signal for readings

Very frustrating!

Not as accurate

Libre 3 is way off compared to finger stick. Not sure when it will adjust to reading the actual glucose levels

Great device !

Helps to keep me in range.

Eve

Libre and my meter reading are off by a lot. Said my glucose was 53 when my true metrix meter said 101. This happens multiple times a day. Don’t recommend

Why! Libre doesn't let me use my current sensor

I've never used the Libre app before today, had diabetes 39 years. Used freestyle for years. Got new sensor today and started it with the Libre 3 app which is not great. Then less than 5 minutes into the sensor I see this app which has Apple Watch support. I tried connecting my 5 minute old sensor to this app and it gives me an error the sensor was already started on another device. Seriously! It's the exact same device. Now I can't use your app. Please fix this! Why can't two abbot apps use the same brand new running sensor

Not worth it

Most of the time it is very inaccurate. Not worth what they charge for it.

Easy To Use

I made sure to read through the instructions twice and then on the third time around I actually put the sensor in my arm and followed the directions on setting it up so happy I have this sensor!

Graph could use helpful improvements

Helpful as is, but meals should be included in the graph so you can easily and truly see how the affect your blood sugar. Waking and sleeping hours on the graph would also be beneficial. To expand, clicking on the insulin and proposed food icons of the graph should provide full details.

Reassurance

Very good, helpful in keeping your glucose level intact comfortably to wear.

Sensor reading

I am not sure if my sensor is reading correctly.
This morning, the Alarm went off at around 4:30am b/c my sugar level dropped to only 58, I didn’t eat or drink anything, I just went back to sleep and when I woke up at 5:45am, my blood sugar has risen to 134.

Not consistent

This app is lacking with the assist part ,, some foods it recognizes but at other times it doesn’t recognize the same foods ,, they need to upgrade and fix it ,,,

Great control

This allows me to keep track of my levels and how food affects it and where I’m at and how to adjust. It is also fascinating to see what affects you in real time.

Discrepancy

Libre reads 84; meter reads 103

Updates not coming often enough

I like the app and it works as intended. However, they warn against upgrading your operating system for compatibility reasons. As of today 8/6/26 its last update was reported as 3 months ago and freestyle ADC website only guaranteed compatibility up to ios 26.4. My settings is now reminding me to install 26.6! Whats going on with Abbot’s crack IT team?

Libre by abbot

This app is great! Very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Continuous ERRORS

This thing constantly drops out even when phone is next to it and usually at the most important times it looses signal for over an hour! The first device they had to send me a replacement cause it was a DUD so make sure you buy 2 always in case that’s happens!!! They should prob give discounts for those issues so people ca make sure to be covered in case they get a dud . That’s dangerous! It also glitches when adding notes even when you specify the dates and times it automatically adds it to the current day it’s super annoying to have to constantly edit and remember because that’s the whole point of taking notes !

Sucks battery dry

The latest version of this app all of a sudden started sucking the battery dry by running in the background all the time. It’s a bug a previous version of this app did not have the problem. Please fix.

Inaccurate

It is always significantly lower than a fingerpick check. I don’t get it. Everyone is raving about this yet it is completely inaccurate for me

Dismal

Making an app is not that hard, tho good people of Abbot seem not to be stopped by that. App has no widgets for iPhone home or lock screen so you have to unlock phone, then open the app and look up the value of your glucose making idea of CGM completely pointless… when you have to follow all these steps there is really no difference between using any other old libre sensor and app. And yes Apple Watch app - NOT WORKING.
