Absolute waste of time!! 3 times I’ve tried to use this and every time an error and no charging! And the location has no phone signal so no way of charging! So after sitting for 2 hours in the cinema, I had to then find another charger elsewhere and sit in the car for another 45 minutes!!! I’d give it zero stars if possible!!

Where have the 30p Rapid Franklin Chargers gone?
With OVO the Franklin Energy (Fe) used to cost 30p (less with discount). They now cost 65p.
I’ve cancelled all EV subscriptions other than Fastned, unfortunately my car won’t work on Tesla chargers and there are too few in my area anyway.
EV charging should always be as cheap or cheaper than ICE fuels. Vote with your wallets and drive the expensive networks out of business.

Useless
Awful user interface. Poor connectivity even with 4G and later over Wi-Fi. Just an anger inducing hateful experience using this app…… be better!!
Rip off all
With a £3 one-time/session fee and £1.5/hour (not kWh) this app is a shameful rip off. Apps like these make EV charging companies have a bad name.
Doesn’t work
Only way to identify chargers is on map. When I clicked on charge screen doesn’t change. Unable to connect. Also first machine out of order and not labelled. Checked with a charger the call centre was working with same problem.
Awful network.
Just an awful network. Chargers labels never match, app is hideous. I can just, just, just about get away with using the RFID card I paid a tenner for to start the charge on some units but this network is one of the many that will come and go.
Install chargers. Take contactless. Move on.

I thought at 49p + £1 connection fee was on the high side but it’s still manageable to realise these sneaky business actually add VAT on top and push the price up to 58.8p + 1.2 connection fee.
No where on the app says it’s excluding vat. Do not bother to use them.

Was at Brighton Jj church hill square car park.download the app.the information was wrong it doesn’t tell you which port you plug in,on the wall it either A port on the left or b port on the right.on the app it’s just got 1 or 2 not clearly state.they should sort it out
Charge anywhere else
Standing next to a charger. Life EV signage is in place yet charger doesn’t even show in the app. Why companies even bother with an app now is pointless. Just enable contactless payment and be done with it. Have never been forced to use an app to fill up an ICE car before
Wrong charger ID. Stop charging failed
I used this for the first time at mailbox in Birmingham. The charger ID was totally different to the label by the actual charger, so had to guess which one I was using. There were no instructions anywhere.
When charging was over, I got an error “could not end session” although it had taken payment. My cable was stuck in the machine. Spent ages on the phone to help desk to try to resolve.

Avoid
Chargers rarely start. Always an error message. Chargers are never properly marked to show number and the instructions say to choose left or right charger and that option never comes up on the all. Worst of a bad bunch
Very good easy to use app
Seamless experience, very easy to use.
Poor
First time using the app. Working away from home. Arrived at charging point late in the evening. Followed all instructions, added card and… not charging. Will use the Tesla supercharger on my way home.
Waste of time trying to charge your car
The app is great but the actual stations are useless. Not one in the shopping centre local to me charges my car. What’s worse is that there is no one you can write a complaint to.

Map isn’t working
I’ve been stuck at a station which isn’t showing on the app so can’t charge. The helpline was very nice but no help. So I can’t charge my car and They’re getting no income!
