Apple Watch App no longer useful
The only thing I used the life time watch app for was the QR code to get into lifetime. That no longer works unless you allow app to read and write health data.

Wasted a whole day -not reliable info
The app has the wrong dates and times for classes especially the chat interface, please refer to your local gym board for accurate classes dates
Add Streak Widget
I would love if the lifetime app had an option to add it as a widget to the home page and keep track of streak

I really like the app and the ability to create varied workouts. However, there’s no way that I can find to remove duplicate workouts.
Overall, the app is great for making appointments with a trainer or a class.

Vulnerability in app
There is some sort of vulnerability allowing the owners of this app to backdoor into your device. Mic on, browsing habits, etc.
Poor management of Athlinks
Life Time Digital absorbed one of my favorite sites for recording runners’s race results. At first it seemed like a good match, but now I’m increasingly disappointed. Since this merge Athlinks has been horrible at uploading results from big races. Their help department is completely able to resolve issues. What a shame!

This app sucks!
The new update won’t let me sign in using my email. It keeps asking me if I forgot my username instead of letti g me continue and then freezes when I even tell it I forgot my username.
Unfortunate
It’s weird that the app for the life cafe does not work outside the operating hours. You can’t even look at the menus. Also, you can’t use Apple Pay but you can put your lifetime pass in the Apple wallet?
App Experience
Overall, it’s a great app and I’m happy with it. My only complaint after the recent update is the use of the word “complimentary” when registering for any classes as a Signature Member. These classes are not truly complimentary—we are paying for them through our membership fees. Lifetime is not providing every class at no cost; access to those classes is part of the membership we already pay for. While there are some genuinely complimentary offerings, labeling all included classes as “complimentary” feels misleading. I’d appreciate more accurate wording in the app.

Streaming join button does not work
App is great🙏, but the join button no longer pops up when the class is supposed to start. Participants can’t join the class.
Stop making people download
Stop forcing people to download this app for races/other lifetime events. I am not a member of a lifetime fitness - why do I need to download this app? You have the ability to email the QR codes for races/other events. Do that in the future
App upgrade
I’m a swimmer and typically check the swim schedule to see if there are any classes, lessons, etc.
so I checked last week and didn’t see any pool classes when I went to class schedules. I was like “Great” and proceeded to go to the gym. After changing and walking into the pool areas I immediately noticed swim team on the right side pool and swim lessons on all the left pool lanes. The short story is someone decided to move pool classes and activities elsewhere. I now have to go to “explore” open that tab, then scroll down through all the gym has to offer until
I see “Pool”, then open that tab and click on “view all”. So I have to ask; what was the purpose of moving the swim classes out of the “Classes” tab? If it’s not broke-DON’T try and fix it!
It’s now become a game of “Find Waldo”.

Apple Watch support
The Lifetime app no longer appears on my Apple Watch, and it’s not listed in the Watch app to reinstall. Are Apple Watch 5’s no longer supported???
Works well
The more I look around the app the more I am liking it. From the personalized workout plans, to being able to schedule certain services, as well as how responsive and almost no lag at all. Really a well made and functional app. Thank you!
Home page won't load
Since iOS26.5 upgrade, the home page won't load. I have no access to my training plans. Likewise the Member Support pages on membership options and "contact your club" won't load. The messages say my internet connection is down but it isn't. There are no links to log a customer support ticket to report the error.

Forced to download this app
I was forced to download this app to enter a Lifetime venue, even though I had purchased a ticket for a non-Lifetime event there. Was also forced to make an account and provide personal information before they would let me in. Absolutely ridiculous.
Class filters suggestion
I need the class filter to be able to filter *out* classes somehow. (Pickleball in particular because there’s so many slots)
We can choose what to filter in. To filter out I’d have to select a ton of choices everytime which doesn’t work.

Enhancement request: invite a friend/see friends classes and Outlook calendar integration
Beautifully designed app. I like the UI/UX - however an enhancement to view your friends class schedule would be great. My friends and I want the ability to take classes together however are constantly screenshotting and sharing schedules. Would be great to have this functionality built directly in.
Additionally, please add an option for outlook calendar integration versus just apple calendar.

Yoga
I enjoy both the gentle yoga and hatha yoga at Eden Prairie Crosstown but the tennis court is next to the yoga studio and there is a tennis instructor at 9:30 who shouts and yells. We can hear it all. It makes for a very unrelaxing yoga experience.
