Game changer!
This app is an absolute game changer for how I view and manage my health!
LifeQ has been showing my data in a much more meaningful way than other health tracker apps. My favorite components are the BioAge and BioBoost. BioAge allows you to see your physiological (Bio) age in comparison with your chronological age. BioBoost is essentially a gamified way to gauge how you’re impacting BioAge with your day-to-day activities.
Rather than having an arbitrary look at my health (just steps) there’s a ton of data that contributes to how LifeQ reflects my BioAge.
