What's New in Lift AI

1.0.2

September 14, 2026

## Exercises - Search bar stays pinned at the top instead of hiding until you scroll. - A to Z index scrubber on the right edge of the library, matching the Add Exercise sheet. - Library now shows a result count and says when your equipment settings are hiding exercises, with a shortcut to change them. ## Workouts - Rest timer waits for the whole superset round instead of firing after every exercise. - Superset groups repair themselves after a delete, relink or reorder, so they can no longer get stuck badged but inactive. - A workout killed mid-session now resumes where you left off instead of starting a second one. - Abandoned empty workouts no longer appear in history or count toward your streak. - Workouts can be deleted (press and hold in history). - Switching an exercise mid-workout now warns before clearing its logged sets. - Removing an exercise no longer leaves its last set behind in the saved workout. ## Units - Kilograms supported throughout, with a new Units setting in Profile. Weights are stored in pounds, so nothing in your history changes. - Body weight steppers and slider now agree with each other. ## Widgets and Live Activity - Tapping a widget opens the right tab. - The Lock Screen card is dismissed when you finish instead of lingering for hours with a running timer. - A force quit mid-workout no longer leaves an unremovable card behind. - Widgets and the dashboard now report the same numbers. ## Membership - Free trial is only offered to accounts actually eligible for one. - Prices always come from the App Store in your own currency. - Purchase and Restore now report what happened instead of failing silently. ## Health - Declining Health permission is respected instead of silently enabling sync. - Health imports can no longer hang on a spinner. ## Fixes - Training calendar no longer puts the oldest month's dates under the wrong weekdays. - Dashboard no longer offers Start on a day with no exercises. - iCloud backup status reflects whether you are actually signed in. - History volume now matches the dashboard (warm-up sets excluded from both). - Faster launch: removed a background network fetch that ran on every cold start.
