The same exercise, tracked the way you actually do it. NEW • Exercise variants: track one exercise separately by the machine you use or the way you do it. A different seat, grip or stance changes what you lift, so each variant keeps its own numbers and its own records. Scan a QR code and that machine's variant is picked for you. • Quick logging: a compact layout with set tables and group rounds that fits a whole routine on one screen. Your last numbers sit beside each set, and a logged set can be edited in place. Switch between Quick and Focus whenever you like. • Set feedback that follows your RPE: a logged set is tinted by how hard it was, the haptics match, and a new record gets a proper celebration. • Six accent colours, and your home screen icon and the in-app logo now follow the one you pick. • Share routines, plans and exercises with anyone straight from the share sheet. IMPROVED • A smoother interface: a QR scanner that locks on and opens straight into your exercise, an animated mark at launch, a real rest timer ring in the Dynamic Island, and redrawn rings, charts and transitions throughout. • The screen you land on after a scan was rebuilt, with search and bigger exercise tiles. • Routines and plans look the part, with exercise collages on the cards, a media hero on routine detail and a photo strip across the plan screen. • A faster app: a smaller download, a quicker start and less waiting on every screen. • Sets are saved on your device first, so nothing is lost if you lose signal mid-workout. • Machines with no QR sticker can now be opened from your gym's equipment list. • Offline sync survives an expired session, and starting a workout on a second device no longer duplicates it. Plus plate quick-add and a kg/lb switch above the keyboard, a body weight chart you can tap point by point, a shorter app tour, full-screen layout on every device, and plenty of bug fixes and performance improvements.
