Still at work in progress, but it gets the job done for my carpool needs.
Useless
Amazon promotes sustainability but this app doesn’t work. Routes are not being recorded.

PLEASE FIX THE REPEAT RIDE FUNCTIONALITY
This app was bearable when the repeat ride button worked, as you could do a weeks ride shares in one go.
For the last 6 months the button no longer works and it means each time you need to use the app you are stuck doing each ride individually which takes so much time. Would give a good 4/5 stars if this feature was fixed.

Better Experience
With previous apps I have had a bad exeprience trying to find other carpooling partners - even though can be at different times than I requested, the app still gives me the next best options, and I have ended up with a few long term carpool partners!

Not helpful
There is no option to just look at the rides available so you are not able to be flexible with when you leave - just have to enter the time you want to leave and then hope the app has an exact match. Makes carpooling harder rather than easier and there is no friendly community feeling that would normally come if people were actually able to connect and work out each other’s needs. Would not recommend at all.

Super hard app to car pool.
The app doesn’t offer a ‘home address’ setup option to make it easier for users to get a ride. Thus, they make it hard for a driver to offer his/her car to pool and a rider to actually take a lift. (No, I don’t want to have you selling my live location data away, thank you)
The app has literally no offer/demand. Meanwhile, reserved parking lots are not being used. Sadly, I will delete it after a week without use.

Full of bugs
There are so many infuriating glitches for what should be a simple app. Developers have been unresponsive. A recent update demands location access all the time. Today the app is not even functioning to set up a ride. This has been

The app and the support has been constantly been improving. The latest version is neat. I can hardly wait for the mew functionalities. By the way, where can we find the roadmap?
Severe Concerns
Needs development from a safety aspect. No way to confirm the driver who has selected you, no verification of ID, no rides are ever “optimal” etc. All in all, it isn’t a safe system.
