Doesn’t even work, you install it and it tells you to install a different app which doesn’t work either
App not fully functional?
Several of the buttons on the Home Screen do not work - slightly frustrating!
Terrible.
I don’t actually know what it does anymore. I’ve sent many request and messages and not have a single response. Deleted.
Needs better Development
I love this idea - great initiative. But the tech needs more development. There are few initiatives I would love to share. Firstly, the app crashes and the messaging does not work as expected. I can’t see what I’m typing when I’m replying to someone.

I believe passionately in doing what Liftshare sets out to offer. Cars with only one person in are stupid. I am very much up for the scheme.
But being offered potential liftees who live off my route, or who need to travel beyond my route is a waste of time. I drive daily from South London SE5 to just past Gatwick airport - north side - but through the airport. You would have thought that there might be a “market” for the journey. But what I get is constant asks for Crawley - and sometimes via pick ups that are way off any obvious route.
If you drive 20 minutes out of your way at both ends of the day, and lose 40 minutes pay as a result, the cost hit is just too high. Please give me people in Dulwich or Streatham or Thornton Heath or Croydon who want to go to Gatwick or Horley or Redhill or Reigate.

Liftshare
Easy to use and super intuitive - even for someone not tech savvy like me ! I’ve shared a fair few lifts over time ( commuting and odd trips ) and it’s great to be able to see how many miles I’ve taken off the roads & c02 I’ve saved by sharing . Have been trying to get friends & family to use for a while now too !

Doesn’t work
I signed up with my Facebook profile on the website, but when I try to sign in to the app with my Facebook profile it just gives me an error message making it unusable!
Facebook connected account login issues
I’m sure this app would be very useful, but it also cannot seem to detect my account with the apps ‘log in with Facebook’ button, seems to be the case with other users.
Awful app
This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever experienced. It’s there to try to solve my companies cap park issues by allowing you to share lifts but where do I start. Can’t find people in the system. Can’t find journeys. Can’t register my phone number. Can’t accept a journey request I’ve actually been sent by a colleague. Help function is useless. I highly expect the commencement of lift sharing at work tomorrow to be a failure if the app - and website which is equally bad - doesn’t improve quickly.

Can’t link to FB or create an account
Well that’s a first! Can’t link to Facebook as I did that on the mobile web version. And I can’t create an account by email either. So it’s completely useless as I can’t get in.
Also - and this is super annoying - On the mobile web version I’m trying to create a journey as a driver. I put all the info and and then when I Post the journey it says ‘Nothing found’ like I’m searching for something when I’m actually posting a ride.
I can’t use either of your platforms.
I gave you a one star rating but actually you don’t deserve 1 star!

No account, no registration button.
The app is not working properly. Since I’ve installed it I’ve been looking for one registration button, it keeps me on the sign in page without any other option on the screen.
Absolute useless app
The app has a flaw. My Facebook account is already linked to Liftshare as I can log in though Facebook on the desktop but on my phone been trying for ages now but it keeps brining an error message up. Also whenever I click on the email messages to reply it keeps telling me to go on the app first which is so frustrating because the app doesn’t work. Fix it!

Was good, now doesn’t work!
So Liftshare is a great idea, the App originally worked well until I updated my iPhone. Now the App doesn’t work at all. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled but no joy.

It’s clear and simple. Have you thought about being able to locate your match? Might be helpful for some trips.
Don’t even bother
The only thing this app allows me to do is see my messages, however I cannot reply to any! I can type a reply but there is not a send button... useless! It gives no other functionally, instead redirects to the website. Completely pointless. Will delete this app.
