How is this even legal?
The car park I visited only allowed payments through this app, which coincidentally only allows you to book parking slots in advance, not pay retroactively for the time you’ve already been there. Received a nice PCN after paying for the time I thought I’d been there but guessed slightly wrong, which I now have to appeal.

Barely functional app
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had using a carpark app to pay for parking. And goodness knows there’s some stiff competition for that title.
Doesn’t work. Tried loads of times.

A blind chimp made this app
Honestly the worst parking app design you could imagine. Took me longer to sort out parking than I needed to park. Zero app support as well. Park it in the bin
So bad I ended up parking elsewhere
They require storing your bank details, storing a ridiculous amount of data about the car and individual. And because the UI is so appalling making even the most rudimentary of stupid mistakes, I have no confidence that my details would’ve stored securely. So I left and parked elsewhere
