Worst parking app

This must be the worst parking app. Doesnt work, when it appears to be working you pay and it doesn’t register it and then you get a massive fine 2 days later. Cant log into the app, can reset password. Waste of time

It actually took longer to download and register on this app to avoid a fine for parking than it did to recharge my car.
I’m already paying Osprey for ev charging.
Why can’t they organise themselves rather than make life hard for their customers.
