Worst parking pay app I have used
The app was inefficient from the start at West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds. Save yourself the anguish and use the kiosk.

Got a ticket after paying for my ticket. Received the ticket in the mail and went to check the app, it only authorised for 15 seconds! When I paid for 1 hour! Actually a joke, park elsewhere or pay the fine with Sippi!
Bluetooth!?
App constantly requesting access to Bluetooth. What reason is this required to park? Apps should ask permission once and not bother you everyday with permission requests.
Biggest scam dont pay thru this app
I have parked my vehicle houslow vista centre dowloaded the app at the same time …bought 2 hours time paid through apple pay….now after few days got parking ticket…what was the reason the payment didn’t get thru …how is this possible when my time was showing running on the app on that day..why payment didn’t get thru when i done from my phone …clearly scam …i was thinking to myself on that day why this app has only 2 stars it is just a pakring app …now i get it why.

ITS A SCAM TO TRICK YOU INTO PAYING FOR PARKING. THEY GO TO CAR PARKS AND PUT THEIR QR CODE STICKER OVER THE OFFICIAL ONE

Compared to Ringo Sippi is very awkward.

Fined even though I downloaded this app and started my parking session
I parked my car..downloaded the app, registered my vehicle at the location. 17 minutes later I checked the app and couldn’t find any record of my car being registered at this location, so I registered it again…The following week I receive a £60 fine email for those 17 minutes that had been lost in the ether. I’m furious.

Awful app
Difficult to set up. Immediately forced us to exit after 5min 53 sec! No option to extend or choose time to park. Will avoid any car park using this app.

Payed for parking but no record of payment going out. Got a parking fine. AVOID at all cost
First time using the app, overcharged for my parking.
All other parking apps, you select the time, you pay. I selected the duration, went to pay, amount was “£0”. Thinking it was my mistake I tried a different payment method, same thing. Then I noticed it was a pay on exit thing. Ok, so I assumed after my chosen duration expired the payment would go out. So I did my meeting, finished a bit early, back in the car, drove home and THEN received a notification to say my time was running out, did I want to extend? Most other apps, because you’ve paid, you can ignore the notification if you’ve already left and don’t need to extend. BUT I suddenly twigged I had to MANUALLY END the parking session IN THE APP, and THEN the payment went. If I’d ignored the notification because I was already home, didn’t need an extension and not opened the app again, goodness knows how much I would’ve been charged - probably received a fine, like many others. Horrendous! There was NO indication that the app worked like that, and NO reminders on the exit gates of the car park. I had no choice in using this app and this car park, but if you can, AVOID!! One star because I can’t put zero.

Couldn’t find the car park using code or location. If I get a ticket I will be in contact as you will be paying.

Twice now in a few months I have been issued a letter and had to appeal due to the app failing to take payment. Will harm local businesses because people will stop going there.
Another badly implemented app
App didn’t work, ticket machine didn’t work, called phone number as well. Guess what location wasn’t recognised.
Car park full of frustrated people. Lost 45 minutes. In the end a lovely helpful HUMAN BEING at the venue took my payment so we could get on with our lives. Why are so many of these poor quality apps unleashed on us?
Let me guess - progress, convenience?
No - it’s driven by cost cutting, low investment, maximum profit.
And this technofeudalist world that has been foisted upon us.

Charges At the End of Your Stay
Careful. This app charges you nothing when you first park. So you think it hasn’t worked and buy a paper ticket with cash. Boom. 2 hours later the app charges you as well. Dreadful interface as well.
