Error with login
Tried to login many times with the correct id and password for K-series. However, the system still gives error message.
App keeps crashing
It fails to reload if closed for more than 10 minutes. I have to delete and reinstall every time I’d like to login and see how the business is doing.

Has to be reset everytime it’s opened. Expect me to run a business with lightspeed but you can’t even get an essential app to work properly… Ridiculous

I don’t understand why they make an app available where in order for it to work you need to delete and reinstall it.

Delete and reinstall ever time
This has to be the worst stats app. It gives you minimal information and it goes blank every time you close it so it’ll need to be delete and reinstall. Log in again and wait a long time for it to fetch your info.
Just problems
This system is garbage poor customer support crashes every day every day MV readers disconnect printers don’t work system goes down nobody on the other end for customer support and when you try to leave they tell you gotta pay to break your contract. Do not use this system it is garbage.
What A Joke
I have to remove and reinstall DAILY when the old APP was just fine. Please get it together. This is unacceptable.
Update the app to at least open
when we first got Lightspeed K series we were able to use this app and now all of a sudden it no longer works. It doesnt even open anymore
Not working
App used to work and was great to keep track of sales through the day but the last couple days it keeps logging off, won’t allow me to log in and is just not reliable.
Lightspeed may be the worst
My business had Breadcrumb/UpServe/Lightspeed for eight years… It used to be a great platform, steadily making improvements and with good customer service at a good price. Since UpServe was acquired by lightspeed it’s become horrible. The customer service is not helpful, the prices are the most in the industry and contract renewal is a miserable process with them. We moved to another provider for a fraction of the cost and have been well pleased.

Even the help is bad
Not only is the app lacking but even the help chat just sent me in circles and then my sessions would just be “timed out”. Just a joke.
Better off calling
This app is worthless. Low functionality, bad UI, can’t find what you’re looking for, and super slow. You’re better off calling your staff via messenger pigeon and you’ll find what you’re looking for faster
