I used this to top up my card and it took my money, but when I got to the station and tried to open the barriers with it, it didn’t work! Luckily it was only €1.70 but still! It’s a load of old tosh!

L’appli ne me permet que de lire une carte ou de la recharger. Impossible de prendre un ticket selon le modèle de téléphone. L’appli a au moins 10 ans de retard par rapport à ce qui se fait pour d’autres villes

iPhone 13 on iOS 26. It works fine to “recharge” physical card with tickets.
They should eliminate the need for a physical card entirely. It’s weird that such a good transit network uses such a convoluted payment system. They should let you tap to pay with the app — or better yet use credit card tap to pay.

Inutilisable sur IPhone 12 mini
L’application est bien et pratique pour recharger sa carte rapidement le problème c’est que je ne peux pas lire ma carte avec mon IPhone 12 mini je suis obligé d’utiliser le téléphone de mon conjoint ou mon ancien iPhone 7

Application pratique en théorie, mais très décevante en pratique. L’application permet de recharger sa carte de transport directement depuis son téléphone, ce qui est une excellente idée. Malheureusement, après avoir effectué un rechargement de mon abonnement annuel via l’application, la borne du tram n’a pas reconnu la recharge. Résultat : impossible de valider mon titre de transport.
C’est particulièrement frustrant, car on fait confiance à l’application pour éviter de passer par les boutique physiques, et au final on se retrouve bloqué au moment de voyager. J’espère que ce problème sera rapidement corrigé, car le service pourrait être très utile s’il fonctionnait correctement.

Worked perfectly!
I’m a tourist in Nice and this app is fantastique. Easy to use and I added Tram tickets in 30 seconds. Love it.
Impossible de recharger ma carte
Je peux pas recharger mes tickets depuis mon téléphone parce que apparemment je dois faire une mise à jours sur la carte alors que je l’ai acheté y a quelques jours et je peux pas recharger ma carte depuis une borne vu que y en a pas vers où j’habite donc voilà je risque une amende de je sais pas combien c’est top déjà que je galère en étant étudiante..

Worthless
It had never worked properly in over 2 years. Please hire a developer from China or the U.S. so I can stop throwing my money to the wind. I have to walk everywhere because this app will gladly take your money with ease but not load the tickets into your card. Sometimes it will- after you try for 2 hours. I mean seriously?

Hello, Having trouble reloading tickets purchased on your card? Two tips: check that you have good network coverage and close the app before trying to scan again! Are you saving time?
Dysfunctional for topping up
I have to fight with this app for an hour every time I try to top up my card. It can read it just fine but I can never top it up easily. I’ve had to just buy another card from the kiosk (€2/card) because I could not top my card. It’s a big problem every single time.
Doesn’t work wit Apple
Ignore the knob who said people don’t know how to use technology…they have a non-iPhone which works fine…as my husband’s does. The fact that iPhone users have been left in the dark is ridiculous.

On a supprimé les tickets papiers pour « l’écologie » mais on incite les gens qui ont besoin de prendre les transports juste une fois à prendre une carte en plastoc?
On pourrait avoir des tickets virtuels qu’on valide directement dans les transports, à paris on peut le faire, à lyon on peut même payer directement avec sa carte ou son téléphone en entrant dans le tram.

Achat ticket
Mais que c’est nul, c’est extrêmement décevant, à l’heure de l’intelligence artificielle, ne pas pouvoir acheter une carte virtuelle sur le site… Si on a pas de carte réelle, on ne peut pas voyager, ni recharger une carte que l’on n’a pas. Bravo aux ingénieurs niçois et à la mairie.
Can’t load payed tickets
This app can read cards status but fails to update cards with paid tickets. I finally left Nice with 1.75 euro paid with this app but never successfully loaded into ticket.
Unhelpful
The only transportation in a major city I’ve visited where there’s no way to reload or pay on the phone. You have to buy a physical card from a station that has them available (only at a select few, so you may have to travel far just to get a card). And even then reloading from the app is hit or miss. Save yourself time, frustration, and probably a 60 Euro fine for not using it correctly. Just take an Uber or a cab instead.

Cannot top up the card. Read is fine but update keep error out
Doesn’t work - lost my money
App does not work, both myself and my partner faced the same issues when attempting to top up our cards. Once it asks you to tap the card on the back of your phone it says failed every time, the issue with this is that you have to have already paid before you get to this step, so we are both now down €10, with no option to cancel or refund in the app
