App works horribly
I’m having so much trouble with the app. Every time I go to log something it just spins and spins🤷🏽♀️. Making it very hard to log and track anything

Having a difficult time getting acknowledgment for RX my Dr. wrote for me. Possibly because he wrote 2 one for vials 10 mg. And one for KwikPen same strength. What now? Help!

Glitches
Once you put in the pin code it goes back to the app as if you’re starting over. If something doesn’t scan it stays on please wait so you have to wait until later to enter your meals

I love this app and the only thing I love more is this medication. I had to go off for about 3 weeks. My insurance quit covering it like most people’s insurance thankfully I have a job that allows me to pay for this medication out-of-pocket. I’m thankful that Lilly has a cash option. They had the vials now because I had I had to pay $1200 for this medication. I could not do it for the three weeks. I was off this medication. My mental health suffered so badly because I was so anxious about dating this way back. I’m really thankful to have my life back.

App has freezing issues
This app continues to freeze. I followed the recommended fixes three times and I am unable to resolve. I read it is a known issue. I am waiting on a new release.
App crashed and doesn’t work
Whatever update was done to it has caused the app to crash. I deleted and installed and now it won’t configure anything. There is a bug and it’s really disappointing
Changes to App
The app was working fine. It was helpful. Then there was the change. Whatever was done to the app is awful. Last night I tried to log my medication and kept getting the waiting message. I deleted the app and reinstalled and now it keeps saying wait for configuration. If it ain’t broke …….
Terrible!!!
I can’t even see my history to track how much I’ve lost anymore. I stopped logging food months ago because that was a joke. You can’t adjust anything. You can’t tell what is considered “1 serving” on anything. It’s just not possible to personalize much and it’s very difficult to navigate just the tracking portions without hitting tons of ads. I’m going to find something else and go through my stats day by day to transfer the info over. It’ll be a pain but much less of a pain than trying to keep using this.

Freezes
The app has been freezing constantly since last update. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and it hasn’t helped. I can’t even log my medicine.
Lost all data
This update wiped out ALL my previously entered data, not good. I no longer have my year of weight loss and medication tracking. Please revert to the previous app or fix this one!
Keeps locking up
I loved this app. It was great. Then the last two days, it is just locking up. Cannot log anything in. It just spins and spins. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times. Bummed

This App is great if using Their Glp. Very good tracker all for free.
Newest update is slow
I was loving the app and have used it for months the most recent update is slow/unresponsive and all my previous logging has disappeared
