付费订阅后体验差，退款诉求得不到处理

购买订阅服务后，软件实际使用效果和宣传描述差距较大。我先后两次向苹果申请退款，均被驳回。已经发邮件联系App开发者，对方一直没有回复，不处理退款问题。不建议大家盲目付费订阅。
