Weak connections

The device consistently looses bluetooth connectivity. This happens several times a day. I have my phone with me all the time . So it’s not distance related. Just bad connectivity.

Pretty well designed product and app

The graphs are very useful and prompting is apt and helpful. My big ask is for a better way to make the transition from expired to new biosensor, without a gap in monitoring.

Yeah, but…

It would be nice if an addition to the devices and the applicator the pack include the alcohol wipes that are required apply the device, because now I have the device I can’t use without another trip to the store.

Bad adhesive

So I’ve since gone to using super glue around the edges of the adhesive on the skin. Literally the only way I can get close to 14 days without monitor falling off.
I’ve tried waterproof bandages and liquid 2nd skin and nothing works as well as super glue.

Essential information!

Watching your body’s ability to process sugar and carbohydrates is ESSENTIAL for understanding your metabolism and being able to avoid the deleterious effects of sugar spikes.

Alerts

I love the product because it’s really good at giving around accurate readings. The only thing that I dislike and would change about it is if it had some type of alarm set when you go over. What they think the basic should be.

Retirado

Mi experiencia, en dos ocasiones han venido dañados. En la ultima ocasión este dejó de funcionar tres días antes.

Incredibly Helpful

The fact that this CGM allows me to link my food on my glucose timeline and can even help me analyze that data to recognize patterns is… a game changer. Highly recommend.

Accurate and reliable

I’ve done other brands and the sensors fail a lot of the time. I’ve been using lingo for 2 months with zero problems.

Learn What is Right for You!

I’ve had issues with sugary foods for years, I knew that but it was hard to put into words or quantify. Now I see how what I eat affects my body and how I feel. I feel so much better! Also the customer service is amazing! I had 1 senior (out of many) glitch they replaced it after a few simple questions. I can not recommend this product enough for anyone on a health journey.

Love it when it works

I’ve had one or two that did not work when I received them at home other than that love having it

Device falls out easily

Almost every device I’ve purchased has fallen out of my arm before the end. I almost always have it covered but if the bandage falls off and I slightly bump something with that arm, it will fall out. I like the way the device works if it would just stay on the arm the duration.

So easy

It took a few sensors to get the hang of it, but it is so easy. I’ve learned how food, exercise, and stress can impact my personal glucose readings.

Would be better if you could see the logged items under the graph

[EDIT to update mine was glitching and the date wouldn’t update - showed the same date regardless of how far I scrolled, but that’s no longer an issue so I’ve updated my review and added a star.]

The other thing I think would be a big improvement would be that since it gives you the ability to mark events in your day - when you eat or work out, for example, and to tag what you’ve eaten - if you could see what you’ve logged right below the graph if you tap on the log icon. You can actually tap on those indicators in the graph and they’ll … just change color, nothing else. It would be great if tapping on one of the icons pulled up the tags you originally entered just below the graph, so you could see it right there instead of having to scroll down. You can scroll down and see what you’ve entered, and then scroll back up, but the fact you can tap on it and it just changes color is a bit disappointing - it would be so much more useful if you didn’t have to scroll back and forth - you have the graph right there, see what you’ve done and how it impacts your glucose all together.

Other than these it’s a solid app. Still, I’d rather have the icon be able to show what I’ve tracked right there than the app tell me if I eat protein first I’ll have a lower impact on my glucose. Most people spending money on a glucose monitor designed for health reasons will already know that. Make it easier for me to use the app and evaluate the data I came here to get. Thanks.

Insights & Improvement Opportunities

I really enjoy having the real-time data that reflects how my body responds to certain foods, activities and other factors. It’s a great tool for my clients as they personalize their health strategies too.

Gathering info made easy

I love the details I get from the today section of the app. More to learn and already making progress

Life is too short not to feel your best.

Learning so much about how my body thrives with nutritionally dense food choices, timing and my personal exercise regimen.

Great when it stays on

I really like monitoring my glucose as part of my exercise overall health plan but they don’t stay on longer than a week. Even buying additional covers to try to help.

Battery hog

The lingo app has become a major drain on my battery since the last update, consuming nearly 57% and draining it within just a few hours. Additionally, the syncing seems to be way off; the Lingo display is consistently four to five hours behind, and I can only see the latest count after restarting the app. The count also appears to fluctuate quite a bit, which makes it urgent that they fix these issues so we can continue using the app effectively.
