Would be better if you could see the logged items under the graph

The other thing I think would be a big improvement would be that since it gives you the ability to mark events in your day - when you eat or work out, for example, and to tag what you’ve eaten - if you could see what you’ve logged right below the graph if you tap on the log icon. You can actually tap on those indicators in the graph and they’ll … just change color, nothing else. It would be great if tapping on one of the icons pulled up the tags you originally entered just below the graph, so you could see it right there instead of having to scroll down. You can scroll down and see what you’ve entered, and then scroll back up, but the fact you can tap on it and it just changes color is a bit disappointing - it would be so much more useful if you didn’t have to scroll back and forth - you have the graph right there, see what you’ve done and how it impacts your glucose all together.

Overall, it’s meh. Mostly just told me what I already knew. Most annoying is I paid for two sensors to get a month, and I got just over a week out of each. The first one fell off after 8 days. The second one just … stopped working (and it took forever to figure out how to pair the *second* one, because it was still looking for the first - have to go to “Help” to find the “unpair” button, rather than putting it under, say, “My sensor”). Seems as if the second just lost connection, and the app just says to turn the phone off and on again, and Bluetooth off and on again. I’ve done that a few times in a few ways and … nothing. This one after 9 days. And I don’t see any further support options for it.

Very Helpful

I was once rated as prediabetic with a 6.1 and approximately two months later without even trying my A1c showed 5.3. Because of that, I decided to look for something that was going to at least help me make decisions about what I’m eating and what I’m not doing and Lingo is the answer to that.

Useful tool in figuring out blood sugar

I’ve been using lingo for 2-3 month continually and it has helped me manage my diabetes. When I see in real time that my bs is over 200 I know to go move my body or wait to eat a meal until it’s come down. I have concerns about my health bcz of the blue tooth devise inserted into my arm but I don’t plan to use forever.

Not a very reliable product

50 percent failure rate on biosensors, impossible to get Lingo Support.

Hit and miss

Sometimes a sensor lasts for the full two weeks sometimes it lasts less

Excellent Data

The data is excellent and has caused me to change my eating habits. I tried downloading the data into Excel, but there is so much data that I can’t do much with it.

Accuracy

I love the fact that it will show me how my blood sugar spikes with certain foods. However, I found that the count is 10 to 20 points under what my meter shows.

Works for what it is

The app is easy to use. Unfortunately, the quality of the censored adhesive is not the greatest. Most of the time they do not last the two full weeks, even with extra adhesive reinforcement/protection.

BFF/Mini computer

I wanted to reach out and share high praise for the Lingo biosensor. Having this little computer provides incredible real-time biofeedback that has completely transformed how I understand my metabolism, stress triggers, and daily nutrition. It is an amazing tool, and I want to thank your engineering and product teams for creating such an eye-opening device!

Need better way to track water and other beverages

Need better way to track water and other beverages. Only categories under Food & Drink are meal types. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snack does not cover drinking beverages; especially water or coffee.

Sensor error

The first sensor fell off after 2 days (playing golf) and the 2nd sensor worked for 2 hours and now it’s impossible to get paired with the app.

Pretty to look at, but…

While it’s colorful eye candy, there isn’t much useful information. Exporting your data just gives you a bunch of dates, times, and numbers - no useful info such as GMI, graphs, average daily glucose, and no associated log entries. Graph is hard to read and numbers you thought you saw earlier disappear. The only thing I liked was how easy it was to apply the device; however, the device would disconnect whenever I left the room where my phone was located. Had to toggle Bluetooth off/on and close/relaunch app to get it to reconnect (sometimes more than once). Plus, because it gives readings every minute, it eats up the phone battery. Not a fan.
Update 8/24/26: Requested account and data deletion through Lingo website. Received e-mail acknowledging receipt of request and that they’d update in “1-2 days”. Been a week and haven’t heard anything. So much for customer service.

Easy to use and great health info

The lingo device is easy to use, painless application and very helpful information to help get blood sugar in more control

Wonderful app

Super helpful with an easy way to log food, exercise and events that could be impacting your levels. Found the Lingo counter confusing, unintuitive and not helpful. Just give me one number to focusing on.

Their customer support is excellent and I appreciated their commitment to a full 14 days use of the modul when I had one get knocked off before it expired. The sent a replacement which arrived quickly at no charge.

Although it not listed as supported in the Noom app, I was able to get the data transferred over along with my Apple Health data so I have an easy way to track weight, meals, glucose, meds, and exercise all in one place along with the Noom support modules.

So I give it super high marks for convenience and customer support. A low mark for whatever the heck the lingo count is and appreciate the data flowing to other apps so I have a complete picture and support in my weight loss journey.

Bad sensors

I’ve had to have a least 3 replaced because it fails or goes dead for no reason. Stays on arm well tho.

Calendar options

Where do I find the spot to change the date?I don’t always have a new unit to be in the date range of reality. Thank you

Lingo reliability

I am having constant connection issues and the Lingo CGM losing power in 7-10 days

Opinión

Excelente, no tengo preocupación por mis niveles de glucosa

Great for health minded adults

I eat clean but cheat a little bit once in a blue moon, but this was perfect to help me learn more about my glucose ups and downs, and they gave me guidance on how to incorporate carbs to keep the glucose Spikes down. It was great, educational content challenges and I would totally use this again.
