Robot check
I think that it's important to have checks before logging into an app, but this many robot checks is ridiculous. I'm just clicking the same thing over and over again when I just want to be looking for a job. This needs to be sorted out asap.
I can not use my app as the message repeatedly asks to update.
To Whom it may concern
I am using an iPhone 7 Plus now and encountering a bug which says that it needs to update to the latest linked in version but according to my App Store, it is the latest version I have. I can not use my app as the message repeatedly asks to update. I am using IOS 15.8.8. Please let me know how I can fix it.

Premium cancellation & refund nightmare
I was charged $69.99 for LinkedIn Premium after I believed I had canceled it. I had gone into my account, checked something regarding the subscription, and immediately attempted to cancel because I did not want Premium to continue. Apparently the cancellation did not process correctly, which I did not realize until I was charged.
I contacted LinkedIn and explained what happened and requested a refund. LinkedIn denied it because they claim I accessed a Premium-exclusive feature after the renewal, specifically extended “Who Viewed My Profile” history.
I explained that my brief activity was related to checking my subscription and trying to cancel it. I then asked LinkedIn to provide the date, time, duration, or frequency of the Premium activity they’re relying on to deny my refund. They told me they are unable to provide those details, while still using that activity as the reason for refusing the refund.
I even requested further escalation and was told my case had already been reviewed at the “highest level available” and no further supervisor or billing review was available.
I have now filed a BBB complaint. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience over a $69.99 charge for a service I was actively trying to cancel. I will not purchase LinkedIn Premium again.
