Bugs
Constantly kicks you out, never remembers your password, always thinks you’re a bot and makes you use the ancient capcha which doesn’t work and cycles through multiple pictures, and it doesnt even offer the functionality from the browser version. Do not use this bugged app.

Excellent platform for Recruiters, to build a strong network and reach out to ideal candidates for their potential client positions, highly recommended.

Disappointing
Paid for Lite to try out the basics and it is so trash. A search in an MNC for entry level role for current and past, continental location, results 48 profiles. Seriously? Are my filters too narrow or there isn’t enough profiles on LinkedIn? If you cannot even get the fundamentals to work, you expect us to pay 5 figures to get a little more? I had to use your normal LinkedIn to search and even then your results are mismatched. Read the 1 star reviews from 6 years ago and they had the same issues I did. 5 figures in subscription fee and you guys are not even trying to improve the system?

Es increíble que una herramienta tan cara funcione tan mal. La app es lentísima, tiene un diseño totalmente anticuado y los tiempos de carga son desesperantes. No permite hacer búsquedas ni tiene rastro de las nuevas funciones de IA que sí están en Desktop (y que también es old fashioned, lenta, y parece abandonada). Parece una aplicación abandonada desde hace años que solo sirve para leer mensajes, pero no para reclutar de verdad. Una decepción total.

It’s frustrating how slow and outdated this app feels. The loading times are endless and the design is stuck in the past. You can’t even run new searches or use any AI features, making it pretty much useless for actual recruiting. It feels completely abandoned and definitely isn't worth the recruiter subscription price (both, app and desktop).

Please add Connection Request option directly in LinkedIn Recruiter!
I absolutely love the LinkedIn Recruiter app except for one thing, I have to view the public profile of a candidate every time I find one that I like and want to connect with. This adds an additional 2 or 3 steps as the profile has to load up in the regular LinkedIn app and then you have to request to connect, this seriously slows down the recruiting workflow when you’re sourcing through potentially hundreds of candidates and is very time consuming at a large scale. If the connection request option can be right there in the LinkedIn Recruiter app so it’s quick and right there, reducing those extra steps, that would be so incredibly helpful and make things much more productive.
For the amount of money LinkedIn charges for this program per month, I can’t understand why this option isnt already included in it. Please add this feature to it, thank you so much from a busy recruiter, I will truly be grateful! :)

Login problem
I’m trying to sign in to my linkedin rec account using my work email address and password. Keeps saying it’s wrong. I know it’s not wrong. I can use linkedin rec with same details on my desktop. This is ridiculous.

Good app but
Great to have this app but some of the functionality needs to improve to make it more useful and more in line with the functionality of the internet version.

Can’t live without it. Yes there are all the new AI platforms. Some better than others, but at the end of the day our HM’s always want to look at their LinkedIn profile. They want to see who they followed see if it match’s the resume etc.

Crashes and needs a lot of improvement
Sometimes when you go into a profile you can not get off their career page and you have to switch off your phone to get the app to reboot. The functionality you have compared to on a pc is much more limited. Given users pay thousands a year for linkedin recruiter and they put the prices up again by 15 percent id expect a lot better. Also if you click ok app support here. Page is not found. However getting tech support has never proved easy via Linkedin. This app needs work

Helpful, not Perfect
I like being able to pull up candidates and view message responses conveniently from my phone. It gets the job done. However, I wish there was more opportunity to customize notification settings. I really value work apps that allow me to limit notifications to certain hours (ie. Not after 5 PM, or working days only). Compared to apps like MS Teams, there’s room for improvement.

The stages never save when I move candidates. It’s unfortunate but it’s so bad!
