Can’t go back after click to a shop

There is a bug : the app can not go back after entering a shop. Have to re- launch app.

Individual items explored just fine. While entering into a shop, app pages show nothing but a circling icon！

Can’t sign up for it

Either sign and got blocked or keep asking for sign up and log in. So buggy this app, all I want is able to view the products. Why make it hard for us to see it ?!
