Downward spiral
Beverage menu has been decimated. Locations shut down. Quality slowly degrading. It’s like they bought a hamburger chain from a con man and the concept has been sliding into the abyss ever since… it’s actually exactly like that, because that’s what happened. Snappy’s and Deluxe are just the next two cons in line.

Rewards system doesn’t work well
I got an email saying LBB misses me and I had a $2 reward. Tried to use it but the Division location that is close to me didn’t show up in the app. I picked a different location and found that it didn’t reflect the award in my account.

Yummy little burger and fries but the app and redeeming points/rewards is awful.
Accidentally put in the wrong email
I put the wrong email and it didn’t let me change it, so my account couldn’t be completed. The whole app is just so awful and has really poor features.
Add a comments section
Easy interface, but it would be AWESOME if you had a comments section. Im vegetarian and order beyond burgers and the last 3/5 times I’ve ordered online, they’ve been beef patties instead… so I feel like maybe a comments section would be helpful to emphasize specific needs in orders?

These little guys never disappoint. And they aren’t that small either. They are dressed up nicely and are just Delicious. I love em, my wife loves em, that’s a win win!
Credit Card
I selected which card I wanted to us and to “verify” I have to add all info again manually. What’s the point of saving my card in the app?

App Could Be A Bit Better
Adding a gift card when using the app for the first time was quite annoying and difficult. But, once I got that figured out, it was relatively smooth!
The new online order system is a disaster!
Here was my experience:
6:15pm Place order online, eta is 6:45 (30 minutes)
6:30pm Arrive, staff first can't find order, then say they JUST got it, will be ready in 10 minutes.
6:55pm I finally ask, they first say they can't find it in the system, then they see it sitting on the shelf. "We didn't know you were here." I had been sitting there the entire time.
I would cancel my tip if I could! :-(
