Healthy breakfast options in Poipu

This place and this app could be great, but they settle for below average.
On my first visit I waited in the Kauai rain for an hour to place my order and then waited another 20 minutes to get it. Breakfast for 5 was $96 including a generous tip. Staff was not friendly but the food was good. Pour over was great. If only we could avoid the wait and window service. So I downloaded the app and tried twice more.
First try, mostly worked. The trick is that despite being given an “order ready” time you have to announce yourself or they won’t prep your order. Left another 25% takeout tip.
Second try was a disaster. They canceled my order AFTER AN HOUR and a visit.
The only reason the order was so slow is because the staff isn’t trained in how to organize the process. Someone should work at Peet’s for a week and I expect we’d all be happier.
