Neat idea, poor execution
The app barely works. It says it will automatically add ticket purchases from the email that matches your account but doesn’t. No way to manually enter them. I have had both previously purchased tickets from before downloading and since, neither has been applied to the points. So far the only points are from adding a phone number when checking out at the bar and that just seems to slow down the queue. Hopefully they fix it because the Midway and associated venues have some of my favorite events and getting perk for attending would be great. For now this is a mess and not worth getting.

How does this thing work? There’s no explanations. No instructions. No support tab. No contact info. Do you buy tickets thru the app to get points? How do you let the app know you purchased tickets for NPU Live events or The Midway? 🤷🏻♂️
Transactions don’t appear.
My ticket purchases don’t show up. And the company has not been responsive in the multiple ways I’ve reached out to address the problem. I love the midway, but if NPU treats its customers like this, I’m scared.
Tickets purchased do not credit
Same problem as previous review. Tickets purchased with same email registered do not automatically link. There is no way to populate events with ticket purchased. Maybe scanning food works the day of use (don’t know bc I did not have app when attending).
What are the rewards? It would be nice if that was described.

No way to add purchased tickets
Have barcode on my ticket and when I scan it, it takes me to app store. When redirected from app store - it just opens the app there is no way to scan barcode in the app to redeem points for tickets.
Conceptually nice, rewarding repeat fans but no way to use it.
