Worst App ever encountered! Very poor in App navigation, information badly organised and impossible to plan or add to routes. If you give feedback within the App, you reach an end point that prevents you getting back into the App’s functionality - just left stuck, even if the App is closed! Complete waste of public money - Highways Agency operates just like the Post Office, with similar levels of competence & integrity.

Good Info / Poor App
Information within the app is very helpful, however the app itself is rubbish. Most obvious example… The ‘continue’ button on the message immediately after loading about not using it while driving, should not need 5 taps to proceed. Needs more work. Much like the roads Highways England claim to maintain really, so there’s consistency at least, in fairness to them!

Do the authors use the app, or just don't care?
Dire UI, hopelessly pointless routing (no means to re-route). Also, pictures from roadside CCTV are thoughtfully date- and time-stamped. Unfortunately you can't read the date-stamp because there's a Highways England logo plonked on top of it -so you've no idea if the picture you're looking at is today or last week!

Very confusing
Too difficult to find the information you need quickly with confusing options and lots of information that you probably don’t need. All you really want is to know where the hold ups are and how long the delay is
