Disappointed by the shift towards paywalls
I completely understand charging for premium features, advanced insights, partner syncing, etc. Developers deserve to be paid for their work. But putting basic wellness information and tips that could help women manage the pain, discomfort, fatigue, and other symptoms of their periods behind a paywall feels very different.
There’s something particularly uncomfortable about opening an app because you’re on your period, seeing that there are recommendations for things that might help you feel better, and then being told you have to pay to actually see them. It starts to feel less like offering optional premium features and more like monetizing women’s pain and discomfort.
I don’t remember Lively feeling this restrictive when I started using it, and it’s disappointing because the supportive, women-centered approach was part of what made me like the app in the first place. This change has genuinely made me consider deleting it and finding another period tracker.
I hope Lively reconsiders which features belong behind Premium. There should be room for a paid tier without withholding basic information intended to help women understand and care for their bodies.

I love this app but the new update ruined it.
Such a user-friendly app
Perfect for those looking to get away from birth control
Don’t download
Annoying and made for anglophones
Also please improve you're translations because your notification don't make sense in French. And don't call me pretty youre an app.
Best Tracker I’ve Used
I absolutely love the partner sharing feature so my boyfriend always knows what’s up.
If you’re going to pick a period tracker to go with, I’d definitely say to pick this one!
Wonderful app!
Decent for tracking, but pushes horoscopes
Its ok
Ai, really…?
Continuously lost data
So helpful
Paying for health
What happened?
can’t use of you dont pay
Immediately after downloading the app and putting my information in it, forced me to start a free trial and didn’t even give me an option to just have the app for free… I can track my period on my calendar. I’m not paying to do it on my phone… extremely disappointed
