Winners are trackers. I enjoy the suggestions of what to eat, but also specific types of movement during each phase of my cycle.
Highly recommend!
Other apps have taken far too much of an emphasis on sex when the emphasis should be on our health and regulation. I love that this app provides suggestions of things to eat, do, and how we should be moving our bodies at any given point in our cycle. It also encourages women to truly understand their own cycle, more than just tracking/logging it. The only thing that could possibly be better is if it included meal plans that we can adjust or subscribe to based on how to support our cycle. I can’t recommend this app enough!

Truly Helped Me
After I downloaded this app I didn’t use it regularly enough. Once I committed to following their suggestions it has helped to improve my mental health significantly.

This is the best tracker app I’ve had. I actually can’t stand the color pink so that was my first reason for downloading LOL. The colors are so calming, and there’s a dark mode. The design of the whole app feels so intentional. Tons of symptom-logging options, and a mode for pregnancy, postpartum and menopause as well. The free version offers the perfect amount of basics and it’s not obnoxious AT ALL about getting you to pay for premium. Makes me want to pay 😂

I haven’t gotten to fully use it yet
Okay so I am a minor and don’t have access to funds (I’m broke) so I use the free versions of apps. However this app only gives me the option for a 7 day free trial. Usually apps give you a free version that just isn’t as good as the normal one but this one I can’t even open without paying.

This app is horrible
This app is not what the advertisement showed. The free trial does not work so be aware. Apple will not allow a refund either. Delete deleted the app the same day I just started the free trial. Ridiculous.
So far so Good
I love the that it’s so detailed about food and options of activities based on the phase I’m in now. I don’t have to guess and I can keep track!
Charged without email sent.
No email was sent to remind about the subscription trial end. Though I did cancel through my Apple Account, I was still charged.
Love this app
It’s beautiful and useful. It’s helped me learn about the cycles and women founded and owned. Highly recommend.
Incredible Tech Support
I experienced a glitch and after talking to the ai bot, a real human joined and assured me they are treating the issue as a priority. I was then asked to redownload the app after an update was made, probably to fix the exact glitch I had told them about!!! Incredible
Bug Defects + No App Support
Overall enjoying the app, paid premium and really like that my partner can track the daily updates. I tried to report a couple issues to the support team and received no response.
Bug defects:
1. I’m on the pregnancy path and it still tracks a period cycle.
2. When I attempt to log a symptom it doesn’t take me to today’s date, August 31, it defaults to July 7th and I have to scroll almost 2 months to get to today.
3. Unable to save any symptoms logged for today.
All these app issues started last night.
Bug defects:

Very misleading, they just want downloads. Don’t download it unless you want to pay
Wrote an in-depth review, and accidentally deleted it.
Like the title says, I spent 10 minutes writing a praise worthy review of the pros and few cons of this app. Accidentally deleted it all. Now I’m keeping it brief. The paid version of this app is far superior, I love it, but the free version is great for certain tasks. I got Lively because I needed help tracking my periods. Now, it’s become more than that. It helps me stay in touch with my body, and makes the process of “finding what works for you” so, so, much easier. My only complaint would be the symptom options (especially for your mood/menstrual cycle) are kind of limited. Somehow, I always feel like the one I want to log isn’t there. But all considered, that’s minimal for what I personally use the app for.
This is the best cycle syncing app I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve stuck with it the longest.
Bonus: the special deals they give you to get the pro version are great!

Gut aber synch fehlt mit smart devuces die basaltemperatur tracken
Wünsche mir ein Feature zur synch mit meinen Smart Ring Ringconn, der meine basaltemperatur misst und automatisch in die App überträgt. Sonst muss ich alles manuell eingeben :)

Premium purchases
I’ve already payed for the app. The removal of most features unless you pay for premium is so disappointing. I really like the design in how subtle it is, but I feel like I’m paying for aesthetics. It’s very generic information that you get in its features. It’s really nothing tailored to you personally, so I’m confused as to why there’s a sudden premium membership.
