Ça fait bientôt une semaine que j’utilise Liven, et je trouve l’application agréable. Je ne sais pas si elle va vraiment changer ma vie comme toutes les annonces le dise, mais ça m’a aidé à trouver quelques outils intéressants

I took it off auto renew, it wasn’t active in my subscriptions, they just charged me for 3 more months on my credit card. When I wrote them, they said that they wouldn’t offer a refund because I needed to cancel 24 hours before billing. Except I canceled it MONTHS ago. This company is a scam, don’t get this app!!

Deceptive billing
When you sign up for the app you pay an upfront fee. It doesn’t outline the costs clearly. I checked my account and found out I had been charged a ridiculous amount to keep the subscription. The subscription didn’t show up on my Apple account

They continue to charge your card even after cancelling the subscription
Shallow content - very useless
The app is very simple and content is so shallow. The worst thing is the attitude of the customer representatives. They are using all modern-life scamming tools not to refund you.

Poor tactics and a waste
Tedious and time consuming. Even more irksome is the continued subscriptions charged each quarter in spite of cancelling membership on the app settings. Poor behaviour and suggest all avoid.
It can go deep
I never leave unsatisfied or short changed. The conversations are thought provoking and help you get to a good place. It’s not a fix, it just helps sort your mind. Gives you a few things to think about and change gradually.

don’t do it. you can’t even check out the app without putting in your credit card info and then when you go to open up the app it forces you to answer questions. no way to get to settings without answering questions. it also doesn’t show up in your apple subscriptions to easily cancel. so then once your free period is up you get charged because you totally forgot about the app because you were never able to use it in the first place without putting in information that you didn’t want to give to get past to “supposedly” get to a settings option. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolute waste of money, too expensive
NEVER USE
I was charged twice for the use of this app, months after I had already cancelled my subscription on my phone. They refused to refund me for either payments. Horrible customer service for a company that is meant to supposedly care about people’s well-being.
Don’t do it. They are drawing you in to rip you off when you are most vulnerable.
Looks good at first, while you are at your lowest point, but they know you will forget to unsubscribe. And then proceed to charge you £99.99 for the next 4 months.
My advice for what it’s worth, don’t bother, they don’t care, they just want your money.
