Was Great! Until…
App was great enjoyed using it. However i cancelled my subscription and they still charged me for it. My last use was well within the initial 90 days. Cancelled any payment subscription and was still charged $99 after the initial was 90 days was up. Disgusting behaviour. I

Waste of money
Compulsory subscription that is easy to forget about until the next massive charge to your bank account. They say they have money back policy so if you decide to try the app go for the refund straight away. The app itself is pointless and really plain boring - you’re better off to utilise an AI for the generic support Liven provides. Wasted my time and money - scam for people with anxiety and depression who might be unable to cancel the subscription. Zero stars and should be banned really

I purchased believing it was £49 a year on the same day 2 additional payment taken costing nearly £100 a further £99 a month taken, the app needs to be updated daily and my messages I received I couldn’t read, I contacted customer service but it still didn’t work. Money gouging, watch out
This company only cares about taking your money. Didn’t even have the app installed anymore, they kept billing me, wouldn’t refund me, responded to my emails in a condescending way. Do not download this. Even if you pay with Apple Pay it won’t show up in your subscriptions to be able to cancel. The refund window is only the first period of time you pay for, they will not refund subsequent automatic charges even if you ask for a refund on the day they charge you 3 times the initial amount on the day of the charge (which they’ll say is a day past the refund window). This is not a company that cares about their customers, they just want your money. I have ran business before, and I would never make someone pay for something they aren’t using. Check out other reviews that basically say the same thing, you can even google it and see tons of negative experiences like this. Money gouging.

This app is a scam. I paid for both coaching and the regular app. First coach was international and was only “live” in the middle of the night. I requested a male coach and “there weren’t any available.” Then the app quit working. There’s really nothing of value in the app.

Terrible Customer Service
Be careful if you're canceling your membership. There are a bunch of pop ups and I missed one. They charged me another $65 and I emailed the next day. AI generated service and they wouldn't refund.
