Questionable reliability
While I thankfully have never had to use the Emergancy functions off LiveSafe, the other communication features to connect with campus security have consistently been spotty to fully non-functional. I would assume this can’t be fully the apps fault but it is still nowhere near acceptable for an app/company that claims to aid in campus safety.

Can’t even get passed the 1st step
I can’t even get past the login screen and on the app it said I set a password when I never made a password yet. I tried to resetting the password and it still won’t let me login into the app.

My dtr’s school started using this for parent communication. Unable set up an account. Keeps saying it’s sending ‘verification’ emails, but it does not (yes, I’ve checked junk mailbox). I resend, close/open app, nothing. Even tried the website, instead, unable to get past that step. I did receive a ‘welcome to LifeSafe’ email, but that does not seem to be the case as I cannot login.

Cannot Access App Anymore
Recieve an error message when attempting the access the app. Contracted customer support and never received a response. Poor choice as an emergency notification service where they cannot fix app or response to issues.

Constantly crashing - every time I attempt to ‘watch my kid walk’ it just shuts down. Absolute waste.

Great College App
For my school promoting it, it’s very useful for all round purposes and safety in general with easy access to anonymous reporting towards the school police. I think it’s very useful!

Great way to make campuses safer. Love the safe walk feature when walking home alone from class late at night.
Can’t add organization
I got the app because I am in college and would like updates but I can’t add an organization. I would go into the manage organizations and I would get an “uh-oh something went wrong” notif and when I try to Add would take forever loading. So it’s pretty much useless.

Today, 8/26/22 my husband and I cannot get the “Next” option to allow us to select it after putting in our password (the next works when we put in our email).
It’s so annoying with College is back in session & our student is almost 3,000 miles away.
We did really like the app. We deleted the app and reinstalled it and rebooted our phones.
Please help as it’s worked for a year now & we have two different types of phones. Thank you!

buggy and devs don't care
i couldn't add my organization at all, it kept getting error messages. from what i've seen in the other recent reviews i guess the devs just don't care about their app at all because they never fixed the issues.
frustrating
my university recommended downloading this app. i can’t use it because i can’t add an organization, every time i open the tab or click the add button i get an error message. what’s the point of having the app if it doesn’t work
Terrible App
Can’t even sign in on this app. Multiple error messages and “try again later” messages. Why any organization would use this app is beyond me.
Fail
As others have mentioned the app refuses to allow me to login despite resetting my password 3 times. Keeps giving me the oops message. No update is available. Please fix.
