Very poor service & quality
Very poor service after taking full payment . Never pay full payment in advance . Team never pics or visit site after taking full payment. After full payment we are only depend on vendors , you received damaged products & it will take 15-20 days for replacement . Nobody follow ups for replacement you only have to follow up on watsapp group . My recommendation is do your interior or renovation with some good interior decorator but not with Liv Space …..Liv Space Team is just a Pain . Very bad service . I will rate them 0 out of 5 . It’s a horrible experience with them .

Livspace: A Nightmare service you’d never imagine in dreams
Livspace, which markets itself as a premium interior design and renovation service, delivered one of the worst customer service experiences imaginable.
They promised us we will do work in your budget but after taking advance money they denied to complete work in our budget, also they said they have 150 colors at the time advance payment but when we go for selection they display only 75 colors and said rest colors will cost more money.
When we asked to return our money they said do what you can, we are not going to refund you.
We faced really worst customer service experience.

Beware of Livspace – Unfulfilled Promises and High Costs
We had a very disappointing experience with Livspace. They initially lured us in with a presentation at a luxurious hotel, showcasing high-quality designs and services that seemed professional and attractive. The app’s high ratings and positive reviews made us feel confident about moving forward with them, especially given their favorable comparison to other options in India.
However, our experience took a turn for the worse after we paid the initial amount. Despite several requests and follow-ups, we are still waiting for a refund of our money, which they promised would be returned if we were dissatisfied. The pricing, which seemed high initially, turned out to be way above market standards, especially considering that they did not deliver on their promises.
From our experience, Livspace appears more interested in collecting upfront fees than in delivering quality service or honoring commitments. We would strongly advise others to carefully consider this before going ahead with Livspace.

Money minded people. Worst service
Went to Alwarpet, Chennai branch for wardrobe and kitchen. Initial design started only if only advance is paid. After Design they force you to pay 80% of bill amount. Once paid, entire livspace team vanishes. You have to chase them for status by phone WhatsApp still you will not get proper response. After receipt of materials installation team arrived with insufficient people. They damaged the wall during installation and did not compensate for it. Quality work is just ok because there are some misalignments and gaps especially doors. Best part is Installation supervisor demanded 5 stars for the work they do. Actually they don’t deserve any stars or bonus. Overall I regret giving the work to livspace. The local carpenter did better job in my neighbourhood.

I’m giving 5 stars because that’s all I can give, if there were 10, I would’ve demanded for 15. Before Livspace, interior for me was buying everything in the shades that match my walls. The way Livspace explained the science and logic behind interiors was an eye opener. The app is seamless to navigate, gave me rough idea of what to expect while shaking hands with Livspace, some very innovative and helpful features, which I didn’t find anywhere else. The people at Livspace have been just like their app - Innovative, helpful and seamless to work with. At last, it was a good decision to leave interiors in the hands of the professionals, because when it comes to something as special as your first home, trial and error isn’t really a good option.

The best place for your interiors
My wife was familiar with Livspace, so we visited their experience center in JP Nagar and Marathahalli. We saw different materials, textures, and products there. We liked the interior designs so we finalized the deal with Livspace.
Before Livspace I enquired about Bonito Designs as well but their quote was way out of my budget, so we went ahead with Livspace. Also, Livspace offers 10 years of warranty which was impressive because I felt if anything goes wrong Livspace team will be there to fix it, also the brand must be confident in their modular solutions hence giving this extended period of warranty.
Right from interior designs to execution, everything was superb and bang on. I didn’t have to follow up or anything, the team was very good. The communication with the team was very easy. We communicated over WhatsApp calls and group chats, and whenever I had queries they responded right away.
On 3D graphics, I was shown the exact design that I had in my mind. I have received exactly what I was looking for. Also, the quality of the modular solutions is great, I had 2 minor issues so I raised a complaint and in no time the issues were fixed by the team.
Whoever visits my home asks about the interior designer and I have recommended it to my friends as well. In a single word, I can picture Livspace as seamless.

Bad Experience
Very poor interiors, I have very bad experience with Livspace, they are not able to satisfied there customers as well as not able to provide quality of work , Because of Livspace my new home becomes Old one, they don’t have good designer’s with proper knowledge of interior, there designer’s are just for making money . This is my one of the biggest mistake that I choose Livspace for interior, in this same budget a local carpenter or vendor doing good job instead of Livspace. My friends and relatives are also doing interior in there home through local vendors, they got good service as well as good quality work. Livspace is just a name for showing off nothing else, I advised people that please don’t go with Livspace , there is only waste of your money.

Liv Space Company is worst ever
Pls save yourself and dont give your home to livspace to work on.
We came across livspace from a family relative . This entire engagement became a disaster for my whole family . Its been 18months and we still not able to move into our own house . None of them skillsets and they all have attitude problems .The designers is the worst category in liv space. The renovation in our house is going from last 18months and such major issues created so much financial loss. They dont have sense of judgement and they dont have enough training and knowledge to be to handle any projects.
They also don't tell you that you can negotiate rates . They will give massive bill and vis-a-vis work that they will do will be like a toddler.
The entire grid ceilings in all our four bathroom almost fell off . Even after doing waterproofing by these guys all my walls had moisture and moulds.
Pls save yourself. Our ordeal still continues.

Also be careful of the invoices you get . They always add way extra quantities or measurements and charge you way extra. We also lost a lot of items while they were working.

One of my friends suggested the Livspace interior designing company to me after which I visited their Marathahalli Experience Centre. The first time I visited the Livspace Experience Centre, I was able to get all my concerns and questions answered. The quote given to me was transparent and detailed. I was clear about all the financial aspects about my project. The interior designer assigned to my project was very helpful.
In the end, my home interiors turned out exactly how it was discussed during the design stage. The execution team worked well and my interactions with them were good. They were very helpful and cooperative. My project was completed before the estimated date. I moved into the property about three months back and after day-to-day use of the interiors, everything seems good and I haven’t had any issues so far. I would definitely recommend Livspace to my friends and family and I have already suggested the company to a few people who visited my house.

I didn’t get any referrals for Livspace but it was through their advertisements that I came to know about the company. We were looking for reputed interior design companies in Bangalore and we found Livspace. Their Experience Centre is also situated close to where we live so we dropped in to check out their products. We met Prashant and Rose on the day we visited and they presented the displays, materials, etc. to us. They seemed to be very welcoming and receptive so we went ahead with our order with them.
The way they explained everything to us, their procedures and the assurances that they gave to us helped us decide on Livspace. I was also impressed with their documentation and the QA process that they explained to us. The interior designer assigned to our project was able to understand our requirements well and worked to ensure that the project was within our budget. Livspace also gave us a few offers that were also quite attractive. Prashant managed to extend the offer to us even though it wasn’t available anymore. He got approval from the senior level to get this done and it really helped us.
My interior design project was completed on time and I was always kept updated as progress on any task was communicated to me regularly. Best in class
From Google is where I came to know about Livspace home interiors and also through ads most probably. I visited the Livspace Experience Centre in Marathahalli in Bangalore. The materials and the basic ideas provided there were very helpful and we could understand the process. Post the discussion in the centre we were able to move forward with the interior design for my home. Throughout the project the designer team gave me frequent updates and through WhatsApp as well. At the time of execution also the updates were given over message so I didn’t have to log into the site to follow through on anything. Good timely updates! I wanted an interior design company that would take care of everything for me and we had finalised everything in the design stage itself. We only had to make sure everything was fine with us and then the process went on with updates.
We went for a simple design and the quality was pretty fine. Looks wise as well. My friends also concluded that the designs and home looked great and the execution was done neatly. Minimalistic design and clean look is what all my friends say when they visit home. Since everything was taken care of I didn't have to run around anywhere and get timely updates from the interior designer and team. The costs were clearly mentioned in the quote including the individual parts and their prices. So it went to the micro level. Professional and Top Quality
I found out about Livspace from my relatives and later I googled them to learn more about them. I also visited the Livspace Experience Centre and my experience there was really good. That is why I booked my project with them during the first visit itself. My main reasons for choosing Livspace was the quality, their brand name and the warranty that they offer on all their products. My experience with Livspace was good. Our project manager took care of everything and the execution team worked well. Compared to Livspace, I did find that some of the other interior design brands had lower prices but I was looking for quality products. So deciding on Livspace was okay by me. Our interior designer kept us updated regularly even if we were unable to meet her at her office. She set up video calls and explained designs and offered suggestions online. There’s not just one thing about my home interiors that I can point to as the best feature. Everything is great! Project planning was good and Livspace’s teams suggested some great features that helped with the final design. Livspace’s service was great - whenever I wanted something, they delivered it promptly.

Good quality
I came across Livspace when I was casually browsing the internet looking for companies that provide modular kitchens as I didn’t want to go with local carpenters for my interiors. I wanted to go with a good company that has pan-India services and provides modular interiors. Additionally, a friend of mine who works for Livspace recommended the company to me. These two factors made me choose Livspace. There were a few hiccups with the design team. The designer assigned to me kept changing. In the end, I had to work with 3 to 4 designers, and each time a complete knowledge transfer had to be done from my side and by the previous designer. However, I found that the designers had good knowledge regarding materials, designs and interior work. The overall experience was good. Currently, only modular units are provided by Livspace. But I also needed partition work to be done and a pooja unit to be installed. So it would be great if Livspace made a foray into non-modular units such as pooja units, TV units, etc. The first thing that I liked the most about my interiors was the finishing. I feel that local carpenters cannot provide this kind of finish. Secondly, regarding the hardware items and all the units, I liked the colors and the soft closures. Lastly, I appreciated the service provided by Livspace as the team was very responsive. In fact, I am currently facing some alignment issues and their team is at the site right now fixing them.

Livspace helped design and renovate the kitchen and master bedroom. The app was a great walkthrough for all details regarding my project, whenever I needed it. The team was responsive and professional. I was able to easily navigate through the hub as it is quite user friendly to anybody. Overall I have had a good experience with the team and the app.

My experience with Livespace was fabulous. The team of Ruchi, Ruchika, Bharti and Preetika designed my kitchen with great dexterity even when Livespace was in paucity of shades, still the team tried hard to adorn my kitchen with specific shade. I appreciate their efforts and hope will not have any complaint in rest of the work, expecting the same proficiency in future too.

Livspace doesn’t deserve even this one star, but giving it for refunding my advance
I have had a bad experience with Livspace and would recommend everyone to stay away from this company. Their staff is well trained to show off as if they are the best in market but don’t fall for that. They would tell you within 45 days from designing they can deliver the furniture but it’s all nonsense. They took 30 days to just come up with the design I had explained them so clearly on day 1 without any customizations originally agreed, even after following up with their representative on a daily basis and even escalating it to manager. Irresponsible, arrogant, inexperienced and untrustworthy is the least I can say about this company and their staff. They wasted my 30 days to deliver my design which on 30th day was told to me that the original quote was incorrect and the new quote is almost double now. I wasted all my time, energy and money (one month of rent) with these people to finally then fight to get my deposit refunded.
