Connecting to wifi stopped working. App doesn’t load the camera. Waste of money
Have to delete + reinstall between every use
Even doing that, it still doesn’t mean it’ll work for sure. I have deleted + reinstalled at least four times today and the video does not show up. Disappointing.

Very cool device IF working. Cannot connect to wifi at all at the 3rd use. Very annoying!

Not sure why there’s so many negative views, it did take me awhile to realize that to connect, I had to access the devices wifi. Once we got it started, I was able to use it easily, and the video image is perfect.
Connection problems
Constantly have to uninstall and re-download the app. The device will connect a couple of times, and then eventually won’t connect so have to delete and download again every couple of days
It works
It’s like playing a video game with reverse controls. A little difficult but you can get the job done. My ears were to clean to have any real fun
App is ok but user manual can be improved
The app is fine, shows the video from the camera tool with minimal delay, and otherwise is very minimalistic design wise. The video was clear enough for me to see inside.
However, the user manual on the camera tool itself can be vastly improved. When it arrived (new, unboxed) it was completely drained of battery. The comedically short charging cable that it came with was a dud, couldn’t charge at all (tested with my phone). I used my own USB-C cable and was able to turn the tool on after about 20 mins of charging.
You’d know you’ve turned it on if after pressing the switch, the switch starts flashing blue. Once you’ve got that, you can find the WiFi inside your WiFi settings, the naming convention matches what the app suggested so it was an easy find. After you’re successfully connected the switch should stop flash and just show a constant blue. When you’re done just turn the tool off and disconnect this WiFi. I don’t think any of these was documented on the user manual.
I’m a little curious why a Bluetooth connection wasn’t used instead, as this “WiFi” prevents you from using your data / your own WiFi in the meantime, but I’m not complaining about a < $30 tool that I got from Amazon and that charges fast.

I have problems from the get go with this app. I wish I had just returned it…Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Connection from phone to device doesn’t work about 80% of the time: “cannot connect”. This is my review on Apple ever that’s how annoyed I am.

All of a sudden the app won’t acknowledge that it’s connected to the wifi signal. No camera makes this basically useless.

Idk what the other people are saying but it worked great for me. It was quick and easy to set up and the connection was great, no lag.
Doesn’t work
Currently the app doesn’t even show the video, just bought the product and I already can’t do anything with it. Luckily I’m still within the refund window. Please release a patch soon or you can have it back.
