For a train app that works
Given that there a dozen apps that promise you that they work the simplicity and user friendliness of this app sets it apart. No it won’t get you the cheapest but 90% of the time it works and doesn’t crash and for that it’s 4 stars. In classic modern reviewer speak “your mileage may vary but it works for me”

Not very reliable
The app often shows somewhat different information from the on board info and station displays. Not great when I’m hoping to catch a particular train.
Also it used to show the stops on a journey with the platform number for the destination but this has all recently disappeared without explanation. I deleted and downloaded it again but made no difference. I wouldn’t dare buy a ticket on this app for fear it would disappear.

App doesn’t show full journey
The app no longer shows previous stops for services making it hard to judge if your train is going to be on time or not and therefore useless. Other apps show this so this almost feels like an attempt to deceive people! This is basic functionality, please bring it back!
