What's New in Loadex

1.7.4

September 14, 2026

Your training on your workout card • Five new elements to add: your week or month totals, your busiest muscle groups with a bar for each, the month as a calendar with your week streak, a six-axis training split, and a strength line for any lift. • The strength line charts a lift's estimated 1RM over the last eight weeks and prints the current figure beside it. Choose which lift it charts. • Every figure is anchored to the session the card was made from, so a card built from an older workout in History describes that week. Neon logo • The Loadex mark and name can be drawn as neon, matching the barbell treatment. Barbell graphic • A heavily loaded bar keeps its plates on the sleeve. The collars move in to make room instead. Rest timer through your headphones • The rest timer's cue now reaches connected headphones with the phone locked and on silent. • The default tone is included, so this works without changing anything in Settings. Live Activity • The Dynamic Island stays compact while a session runs. Exercise library • Over 1,000 exercises. Search takes the words in any order and the shorthand you say out loud: db, bb, kb, rdl, cgbp. • Results are ranked by how closely they match, so "squat" opens with Barbell Squat. Fixes • A tap in the card editor lands on the element you tapped. • Fixed bug where readiness data was not collected on programs screen

Finally a good workout app

If you’re serious about building muscle than Loadex is a must.

Was skinny now I’m an absolute unit

This app is so sick! When I started using it back in the day I was guessing all my workouts. Now I show up to the gym look at the exercises I need to, execute them and get the craziest pump. I believe I’m an absolute unit now because of this app.

Effective

I really like how Loadex keeps me on track during my workouts. I’ve always had a tendency to lose focus on my reps or not keep track of the weight I’m lifting, which makes it harder to know when I should push myself or where I actually stand with my strength.

Having everything laid out helps me stay focused on the exercises I’m supposed to be doing and gives me something to measure over time. It’s nice being able to look back and actually see my progress instead of just guessing if I’m getting stronger. It makes my workouts feel more structured without making them feel complicated.

Fantastic tool

Great app to track workouts and stay on course with a dedicated routine! The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate through.

Best I’ve used so far

As a long time on and off again gym person this app really helps with keeping me into the workouts day in and day out. I’ve always just done the same workouts and seem to hit that plateau.
This app does it all and has been very helpful for me to keep the body guessing. A+ from this 40 year old
